I have been wearing this since purchase. Battery seems to last about 3 days so that's good to me. Tracks heart rate, steps (although I believe some steps are arm movements because I've worn it on 'arm days' and gotten more steps in than I think is true) and if you download the app it also tracks food, calories and sleep. I've found it beneficial.

I have been using this product for several weeks. I am showing some improvement in resting heart rate (79 down to 73), I am averaging 4 miles a day walking but had 12 mile days for the three days I was in New York City last week. I have increased sleep (up from 5 hr 10 min to 6 hr 30 min) and I am using some of the heart reading to take 12.5 mg of Metoprolol. The fitbit thinks I have suddenly decided to do some exercise when I have actually had a sudden increase in the heart rate. It is not AFib (at least the cardiologist does not think it is). It is a reaction to an ablation of a second conduction path through the AV junction. When fatigued, I suddenly will have heart rates of 105 to 115 (a sudden increase of about 25 beats) … fitbit starts congratulating me for getting my heart in the fat burn range … this is my cue to rest and take Metoprolol if it continues for a significant period.

Bought this one for the heart rate monitor and the sleep analysis and it works great for those. Water resistance for normal use in showering and light swimming. Additional bands to compliment any event are available from several sources. This is the mid price model that BB caries. Easy to use smart phone app to customize your options and reporting. Charger included.

Love this fit bit. Fits nicely, and it was great that it came with two different size bands. Comfortable to wear all day and night. The charge last for a week and a half for me, and only takes about 30 min to fully charge after the battery is very low. Tracks steps accurately and active time. Tracks my pulse and i can set up silent alarms on it as well.

I finally decided to buy a Fitbit because this one had all of the features I wanted besides a stand alone GPS for a fair price. I like the lavender color. The display also has a purple color too. So be warned if you plan on changing bands that it's not straight black. Nice size. Comfortable to wear. Has a watch like strap buckle HR works well. No problems syncing. Charger is magnetic.

Just what I was looking for in a fitness tracker! I knew I wanted an upgrade from my previous fitbit and the price initially caught my eye on this Inspire HR. I don't have to worry about swimming or showering with it on and it tracks all the health data I want. It is also so fashionable with the sleek face and different clock displays.

Pretty basic Fitbit but just what I needed. It has inspired (pardon the pun) to stay active and try to get to the 10K steps daily along with getting the 250 steps per hour. I have seen my resting heartbeat drop from 68 to 59 and it also tracks my caloric intake along with how many I burn. Basic and not gaudy. I love it.

I bought this product mainly for the hear rate monitor. I love the Fitbit app which tracks more than steps. I like tracking my sleep and my heart rate during my workouts. It’s a nice size and has a choice of watch faces. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, but I didn’t want them. It needs to be recharged every 4 or 5 days.

It was easy to setup and seems to work well. Just wish it would track side to side steps during exercise routines. Pros: It charges fast and holds a single charge for days. Slim band strap is fairly comfortable and does not pull my arm hair. It auto syncs with my Samsung S9 phone and the Fitbit app easily. Cons: The choice of custom screen downloads is lacking. Why no Puppy image?!?! Or let us draw/create our own. The fitbit itself is really tall, close to 3/4 inch tall, from the screen to the backside. It might not sound like much but it is apparent when sleeping and trying to get comfortable with my arm tucked under my pillow. Best advice:::::::buy and install the screen protector. I have not worn anything on my wrist in years, and I've knocked the fitbit screen into several things so far. The screen protector has save my screen quite well.

I bought the Fitbit Inspire HR to replace my previous Fitbit because the battery had died. It was a more expensive model, but the HR has almost all of its features, and all the ones I need. I like its light weight and smaller footprint. It maintains a charge for a long time and syncs flawlessly.

I really like the way the Fitbit Inspire HR fits and the ease of connecting to the app. It is very similar to the Alta. It seems accurate. The negative is the small numerals for date, HR, steps, etc. The time has large numerals which is a plus.

I got this because my Fitbit 2. It the dust. The bonus here was the HR feature and the low price. I’ve always liked the Fitbit sleep tracking over anything Apple has. The band isn’t very good though, too time consuming to put on. Otherwise an excellent tracker and a super low price.

Purchased for my wife and she uses often. The battery lasts a few days before needing a new charge. Design is nice and simple as well as small. Easy to use once connected to your phone and helps with heart rate readings.

I like this so far. I'm losing weight and wanted something on the simpler side that would track my steps, heart rate, and calorie burn. It does all of that and more, if you want it to. And I only have to charge it for about an hour once per week. A few bumps while setting it up though (and I'm a young person). The other problem is that my step count and calorie burn read slightly high. So, do with that what you will. I would recommend this if you're getting fit, looking into smartwatches, but want to dip your toes in with something simpler and cheaper. Note that the app is necessary - but highly insightful.

This is a good activity tracker for the basics. Keeps track of heart rate and steps and holds a charge for several days. Thin design is good for females. I got this one for my daughter. I got a black one for my wife!

I started off with the Fitbit Alta a year ago, which I liked, but lost it when the (offbrand) bracelet I had on it broke. I really missed having a tracker and trusted the Fitbit brand, so I got this Inspire. It's flatter than the Alta, which I like, and does a lot more, like linking your email, etc., although you can turn that off. It tracks all the usual stuff, including your sleep, has reminders to move, and is easy to set up. The charger cord is 7 inches, yes, seven, from end to end, and does not clip around the device like the older ones (it's magnetic) so you need to put it on a flat surface and leave it alone while charging or it will uncouple easily. Just an fyi, not something I consider a problem. I like this one quite a lot and have no plans to change the strap:)

I have had many Fitbit trackers in the past. I never liked how bulky they were and that they did not track ♡ Rate. The new Inspire HR is slim, stylish, and track HR. It is one of the best fitness trackers I have owned yet. It does take a little time to get used to learning all of the features because of scrolling and trying to get back to the main screen, but it is easy once you play with it. The HR tracking is constant which is exactly what I was looking for because I can now track ♡ rate without wearing a monitor from the doctor. The only downside of this tracker is the price. Just because of the HR tracking, it costs more than the regular Inspire. $100 is a little high considering the compact size of the tracker. Overall, I suggest purchasing the Inspire if you want a slim Fitbit model that measures steps, calories, heart rate, distance, and time.

Does what it claims. Accurate on steps and Heart Rate. Minor Snyc issue with my Ipad, but not often enough to be frustrating. The stock band for me was uncomfortable, but it was easy to replace.

I wanted something basic as far as a fitness tracker was concerned. After I did some research I decided on the Inspire HR - It is light weight and comfortable on my wrist. The only issue I have had has been the link between the tracker and my app - there are several times a week when the app does not sync and i have to start over and link the device and app up again. I never loose any previous information, so its not so bad. With any of these devices you have to remember to keep the sensor that touches your skin clean and free of oils and lotions or else the sensor doesn't always read accurately. Overall its a fun thing to have something remind you to do 250 steps after sitting too long!

The Fitbit Inspire HR is lightweight, easy to read and easy to charge. It displays steps, heart rate, time and miles walked all on one screen. It gives a good account of sleep patterns and various exercises....all at a reasonable price.
