Getting the unit to link to my phone required a few uninstall/install routines, but after a few days it started working reliably. The touch-screen works well most of the time. All in all, it is a greater first-time unit for people who want to see what's on offer before potentially wasting money on something they won't use. Biggest drawback is the extremely limited features available without a paid monthly-subscription. Oh, for the days when you bought an item and software license instead of paying indefinitely.

I'm enjoying the upgrade from my Fitbit Flex 2, which I've used for 3 years. I particularly like the additional sleep analysis. I needed a slim line as I have very small wrists. Unfortunately, after wearing it on one wrist for 3-4 days in a row, my wrist gets sore and I have to move it to the other side. I thought the display would be too small, but I'm making due without my cheaters. I ordered a decorative band from Amazon so I can dress it up a bit when I go out. I haven't tried switching the bands out yet.

Battery life is good, charges quickly. Heart rate monitor takes about a week till it really settles into what your heart is actually doing. Lots of convenient features.

Really great Fitbit. Keeps up with everything from keeping up woth how many calories i lost to how many steps i took. Overall great

The Fitbit has helped me remember to get up and exercise during this time of isolation from the pandemic. Also like knowing how my sleep patterns are day to day.

My wife loves this product. She wears it 24/7 and loves to check her numbers. It keeps her more active and feeling better about her daily routine.

The product performed as described — mostly. The battery does not last 5 days, not close. Must be RE-charged about every other day. Also, had to exchange immediately, as box I received had NO Fitbit in it: had the charging cable, yes, but NO Fitbit. Best Buy Customer service was exemplary, never giving me a moment’s stress. No issues there at all.

I bought this because I liked the size of my Alta but didn’t like other things. I like the size of the Inspire but wish it had other clock face options.

The Fitbit Inspire is a nice slim looking activity tracker. I wear it with the white band during the day but dress it up with the rose gold band for dressing up! Very nice!

This watch was great for my wife as she was getting used to wearing a watch after not wearing one for 6+ years! Never had any issues with workouts, goals, or water resistance!

Works great. Had to go in to get it to work and I found out I was inputting wrong name. Person very helpful at customer service. Got it fixed and doing as it should.

I love the watch, it does all I need. The band is super soft and comfortable. What would I change? The charging cord is too short. You can't plug it in without it hanging and not touching the counter. Outlets are not inches from the counter or floor. So it just hangs and it doesn't keep the charger attached. You have to get something for it to sit on. It took me over 4 hours last week to get it charged because it wouldn't stay attached. Over time this is going to get very irritating. They could have made the cord just 4" longer and it would have helped.

I do enjoy it. I thought that it was supposed to display when turned toward my face, It does not. The button works fine, but when I tap on the face, it does not display.

I bought this when my Flex died. Once I looked up instructions online setting it up was a breeze. It goes longer between charging. And easy to read. It was a good upgrade.

Not into big workouts or going to the gym, just wanted to count steps and wanted a heart monitor. This was to replace an old charge 2, just what I needed.

So far so good. This has good durability and decent battery life. This is especially good for a smaller person with small wrist size.

Bought this to replace my 4 year old fitbit. Didn't want an oversized watch. Looks nice and good size for my needs BUT the font size is much smaller than my old watch. Being an older person, this is very annoying. Ha d I known I probably would have gotten something else. Wrote font comments on Fitbit community website. Apparently they have received numerous complaints but have no intention, at this time, to come out with a fix. Very disappointed

So far so good. The battery life is great - 5 days most of the time. Still trying to figure out how to go through all of the categories on the screen.

I’ve especially enjoyed the fitbit’s Sleep and heart rate trackers. The band is a little uncomfortable and I intend to replace it with an after market band at some point
