The staff from the store was very diligent, easy to talk to and very willing to help. We sent very little time at the store. By the way, the store was very up to date with COVID safety. We felt very secure. We were very satisfied with our experience on acquiring the Fitbit.Good Outcome

Problem prone

I love the statistics, especially the sleep analysis, but often it won’t sync and I have to restart the app before it is recognized by the phone. Cheaper than Apple Watch, but you’ll have to replace regularly.
