Product is good and improved my sleeping habit. Returned this and got silver color and bought different color wristbands on Amazon. Best Buy didn’t have a good selection.

I got this as a go-between as I waited for my Gear 4 watch to arrive after my Gear 2 would barely give me half a day of service. Ive been a longtime fitbit user since the first generation Flex. This device is lightweight and beautiful. I like the sleep tracking and found the heartrate log to be different and clearer than my Gear 2. The battery life is astounding! Setup was easy. Overall, I really like the device and used it 24/7 for about three weeks, but I prefer the look, feel, size, and weight of a more traditional smart watch. I gave this to my daughter, and she loves it!

I had my Fitbit luxe for a total of 35 days. It was unfortunate that I did not read or research it more. Come to find out the mechanism that hold the bands on are faulty and I had wore it on a hike and lost it. Spent $150. for nothing. It is sad because I really liked the sleek design and the features it offered. Back to my old charge 3.

I have to say, much more useful than an iWatch in relation to your health. And much more affordable. If you actually use the features on it you will get improve your health.

I already had a Fitbit but it died on our trip to Texas. I had to run out the next day to get a new one! I wish the price was lower but it is a great motivator to get up and move!!

This works well for what I need it for. But I think the other models of Fitbit are better. Missing a few functions and options of the more expensive Fitbits..

The wife completely loves this Luxe, We purchased this to replace an charge 3 and so far she likes this one better. So as the old saying goes " A HAPPY WIFE IS A HAPPY LIFE " Need I say anymore !!!!!

This is the perfect smart watch for runners. I have a Apple Watch but it’s just to bulky for when I go for a run.

This item, the fitbit, was not delivered. The empty package was delivered. I gave the empty package back to the man driving the truck. His comment to me was that the package was open and that it had never been sealed shut. I reported this to Best Buy and received a refund.

It couldn't register sleep of less than 4 hours. It couldn't look back to see activity or lack thereof for sleep or heavy exercise. I had two Inspire 2s that each worked for about 2 years. So I know how they are supposed to function. I have tried several different models and have had no luck.

can not get the app to show steps and the assistance at best buy was worst

My wife's older Fitbit finally needed to be replaced. She like the feel of the Luxe. Good color display for the size and it quickly linked up with the current app on her phone.

Disappointed as the product cannot be used for kids under 13. Was not clear when purchased

Unhappy with this product. It takes 5 times to touch the glass of the watch before it shows the time etc.

Love love love my new Fitbit Luxe does so much more than I realized when I purchased it! I’m getting one for my best friend for Christmas.

I would give it 5 stars but it is hard to activate screen with wrist flip, and hard to find specific help.

Wife lokes it a lot. She uses it to count her steps, gets excited when she gets 10k in a day
