Love wearing my Fitbit everyday. It is so helpful to achieve a healthy lifestyle by making sure I track my steps while walking around campus. It also tracks sleep, heart rate, and more. Not only did it stop working less than one month after purchase, it was not sensitive to touch, so I had to tap multiple times to see the watch face. Perhaps because it was defective, who knows, either way, it was not a good experience.

4 days after receiving a Fitbit Luxe, screen went black. Avoid this product. I will be returning mine.

Stopped working after only a few months, and was not as good as the Charge 2 I previously had and could not find to buy again. It had not been submerged in water or had any unusual impact before quitting on me.

Sadly disappointed. Didn"t work properly. Wouldn't switch screens. Have returned for credit as they were out of stock.

Works fine for a few months and then starts acting up. Ended up replacing it so not worth the price tag.

Not worth the money. Really should be worth like 50 bucks. Ended up returning it and going with Samsung like we should have

It started flickering after 30 days. This is a piece of junk and fitbit knows it.

This is a horrible devise. Do not buy! Had it less than 2 weeks and the screen is bad. I will be returning this weekend.

Had the first Luxe for 15 days and the screen went bad. Had to exchange, will see if this one lasts a bit longer

First and foremost, I had an Active Watch that I purchased for over $300... and I hate it. The Fitbit track more and I absolutely love the sleep data. That said, I have owned this for about 2 years, however the battery is no longer keeping a charge. I am a bit disappointed that it only lasted approx. 2 years. I could get a new watch and have high hopes for it, but today I am ordering a new one of these. The sleek design and the data it pulls is perfect for my needs.

It does everything I want and the price was fair, I am glad I purchased it.

Much prefer the Versa 2. Went back to that after returning the new one.

I like the watch. It's harder to see all my data as I have to swipe a lot to see each thing. I also am not the biggest fan of the alarm as you can't dismiss it once you've snoozed it. The battery life is good and it's a good looking watch.
