Defective Screen
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The display stopped working after 2 months. The color is distorted and won't scroll. I have to check the app to see any of my stats now, but it does still record everything. Even when it was working, it wouldn’t sense me trying to turn it on.

Disappointing
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not at all easy to configure. I had used a kids one and got better data. I still cannot figure out how to sync to review my sleep patterns. Not easy for tracking steps either as you have to set it each time, doesn't record daily.

Fitbit user
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very short battery charge life about 2 days and does not count steps all the time. My old Fitbit HR2 never missed steps and had about 5 day battery charge life.

Horrible pairing. Horrible screen. Do Not Buy
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible! With each new iteration Fitbit removes or devalues features it had. Very finicky to pair with iPhone (tried 3 different phones multiple times. After a dozen retries, reboots, resets got only one to work. Some features now only on device (eg/ alarms) not in app. Very limited selection of weird clock faces...GIANT times, tiny everything else. And Fitbit obviously never heard of "day of week." Swiping up down left right very picky. Whole screen NOT AVAILABLE - just middle. Other than steps, sensor tracking erratic. Sorry I bought. Gave up after 3 days. Will gift it to someone I hate.

No Very Happy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't like my watch. It doesn't hold a charge and it won't connect to my phone. I prefer my galaxy watch.

Apple Watch is a Far Better Product
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did not like the Fit-Bit. It is not intuitive at all and I don't want to spend a lot of time fiddling my watch when I simply want to know what time it is. I found just simply trying to get the time required me to keep tapping on the watch face which was super annoying.

Not for poor close up vision/cold fingertips
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had the alta and loved it. Got the Luxe and I am disappointed. I assume more older people would love the a fitbit verse and apple watch for the simple design and lightweight feel. The screen is hard to deal with when it expects warmness to program. I really miss the ability to control the alarms from the app because only being able to do it from the fitbit itself makes me want to throw it out the window. I do still like the sleep tracking. The shape and lightweight is great but I am looking for something else because of the frustration to program everything from the watch. If they add programing to the app it would be awesome. I would just consider a apple watch instead for anyone with poor close up vision and/or cold fingertips.

Great product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this fitbit! It works well and the battery life is really good. I also love how sleek this design is. Normally most watches are too big and bulky for my small wrists but this one fit perfectly! Definitely recommend.

Disappointed 6 Year Fitbit User.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this slim Tracker to replace Charge 4 that was lost when strap broke. This luxe only lasted 4 months until bluetooth completely stopped sinking with both phone and tablet. Still haven't been able to get a refund from Fitbit even though warranty is still active. Think ill be looking at Garman.

Not happy.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, we have been unable to make it work. The Fitbit app does not seem to connect with the watch. Neither does it connect with a Fitbit Sense watch bought eight months ago at Best Buy.
