Bought this for my daughter when her other Fitbit stopped working. She loves it. She has a heart condition so she tracks her heart rate on it. She also loves the step tracker. The slim design is great too and is comfortable to wear all day and night.

Screen real estate sucks. Watch has randomly shut off and has had to be “hard restarted” via the charger on numerous occasions. Fitbit’s app and features are a disaster in terms of what’s available and the lack of ease with understanding how to navigate it. My wife (who this is for and who wears it often) essentially relies on it for time and when she gets an alert on her phone. After weeks of browsing the app and doing some research she cannot figure out it’s nuances without fear she’s buying something or breaking something. Would not recommend, especially when other brands are so much more user friendly.

Tracker has a small profile and does everything I need it to do . I don't require all the extra bell and whistles. I have had apple watch in the past . All i wanted was something to track my steps send phone notifications . Tracker is nice size on wrist.

I love my new Fitbit. It is fun to see how many steps you get in a work day versus a day off. It is very interesting to see your sleep patterns and how much rest you’re actually getting. I love wearing it. I think it’s very attractive. And doesn’t really look like everyone else’s watch because of the unique shape.

My wife's old tracker died after several years so we purchased the Luxe. She loves the new tracking stats, especially the sleep tracking, we compare sleep numbers every morning. We did replace the band with a more stylish version which upgraded the look.

Love the design and ease of use. I actually bought this for my daughter to use. She loves to keep track of her steps and it has encouraged her to exercise more. However, the app doesn't support kids. Not sure why they can't update that (Apple has built in support for kids with the Apple Watch).
