Good little tracker

It really helps me keep moving. It seems pretty accurate for my needs. So far so good. My battery so far has only lasted a couple of days, but it is new to me so I am on it more often. I do have to charge my phone more from the app, which I'm hoping slows down a bit too since it's new as well and I'm on the phone a bit more then normal.

DON'T BUY! Doesn't work!

Huge mistake. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! The first Luxe I purchased would not track sleep, heart rate or GPS. Wore for 3 weeks then contacted customer support. They advised me to return to Best Buy. I swapped at Best Buy for another Luxe early June. Still not tracking sleep, heart rate or GPS. Contacted FitBit customer support in July. They shipped me a new Luxe (no band, just device). New Luxe STILL will not track heart rate, sleep or GPS!! Heading back to Beast Buy to swap for something else. So thankful for GSP at Best Buy. The worst part of the whole thing is that my Inspire2 worked great. I only needed a new band. However, when I purchased the Luxe, Best Buy gave me a $20 trade in credit for the Inspire2!!! So, I will now have to buy a new Inspire2... so frustrating. For those reading this and wondering why I didn't upgrade to a Charge or Versa. I'm a smaller frame person and don't care to wear anything on my wrists. The Luxe is tiny and lighter than the Inspire2 so it was perfect size. I just doesn't work.
