Great watch!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my wife so she could monitor her heart rate. She loves this watch because it is so easy to use. No complaints at all. One of the other things she loves is that she has about 20 different watch bands to swap out based on her dress for the day. Of course, she has to match.

Small profile packed with options
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love it. I bought the Luxe to replace my Fitbit Flex. I like smaller profile on my wrist and didn'twant some giant Buzz Lightyear decoder contraption. I just wanted a tracker for basic step counting and workouts. It has a several other features that makes it a nice upgrade. I also like the band with buckle to keep it more secure on my wrist.

Perfect!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my mother for Mother's Day after her old Fitbit finally died. It fits her small wrist perfectly using the shorter band. The band is a very nice, soft leather band and has a dressier look. She is 89 years old and has no issues with using the app. She loves it.

Good replacement for Flex 2
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A tentative good, as I have only had the Luxe for under one week. I was leery, because of Fitbit's horrible customer service (& why I won't recommend FitBit), and the pandemic quality issues. Though I have not been able to find anything as simple, and light to wear to enhance the step & activity counting of my Flex 2. I will keep using the Flex 2 for down & dirty gardening & hiking, though 90% wear the Luxe. I bought through Best Buy (because Fitbit cust service is such a bad experience). Also tepid about pre-ordering;, I was happy surprised when it shipped on the Luxe release date. So hoping this Luxe works; I just want a simple step and [mostly] activity tracker (it will not track rowing, some treadmill climbing if holding on at 15 incline, though few trackers do). Simple and light, that is me. If you want more options and yes, wish the display covered more of the screen (a technology barrier or booboo?), then the Luxe might not be for you. Simple and light, this might be for you (most tech questions can be found online so you hopefully do not have to contact Fitbit, ever).

Mixed Feelings
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've tried multiple activity trackers and smart watches. Out of all the activity trackers and smart watches I've tried, the Luxe is the prettiest and most comfortable. I currently go between the Active 2 LTE and Fitbit Sense. I ordered the Luxe because of the size. As pretty and comfortable as the Luxe is, I'm really disappointed that only 2/3 of the screen is used, and out of the 20 clock faces available, there are only a couple I like. If I wear it as my main tracker, I will miss Alexa and/or Bixby, the variety of apps and clock faces, and the ability to get help if I need it as I can with the Active 2 LTE. If I keep it, it will probably not be my main watch. I would save it for dressy occasions, which are rare. Not sure it's worth the money for that. It's really disappointing, because it's so pretty, I've ordered the link bracelet and the gold mesh band, so I won't make a decision till I see how those look.

It's the best fitbit style yet.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my new Fitbit Luge tracker. The battery lasts for days and days, it's simply beautiful just as it is but if you get the gold matte straps it dresses it up nicely. It is smaller than my Charge 2 and more feminine.

FitBit Luxe - A Great Tracker
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this FitBit. I have not worn a watch in years and other watches that have similar functions are just too big. This functions great and keeps me on track with steps, sleep and more. The charge lasts a long time too.

Great product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a wonderful product! I’m enjoying learning all the things about it. The charge usually lasts about 6-7 days. I don’t wear it swimming or showering so I don’t know about the water resistance feature. I plan to keep wearing it so I can trend all the measurements it takes :)

Fitbit - Luxe Fitness & Wellness Tracker - Platinu
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the way this looks! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the battery life is barely 7 days. I have other smart watches that have a 14 day battery life.

Great Fitbit
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My boss loves his Fitbit Luxe! We are grateful to have found something that is user friendly and easy for him to use! He's not one for all the extra gadgets that come on other products like the Apple Watch so this worked perfectly for him!

Screen Stopped Displaying After 3 Months
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Luxe for my wife because she wanted something to track steps and other basic health info without too much distraction (so the small screen is a plus to her). The general set up went smoothly and the battery life is great (a priority for her). However, in less than 3 months the screen stopped displaying - just black. It was just days outside of my extended return window (BestBuy Credit). I had to contact Fitbit and send back the defective device and now wait for a replacement. Fitbit has quality control issues and I think they either need to allow me to exchange directly at BestBuy or send the replacement first and then have me send in the defective unit.
