Got this for my wife as an early Christmas present after her previous fitbit quit working. She loves it. Great features and easy to use. From tracking her steps to monitoring her vitals and sleep, she never takes the thing off. Would recommend this product.

So far this Deluxe Fit Bit has been fine. The battery life seems to depend on how active I am. Water splashing on it has not affected it negatively. Usually double tapping the screen brings it alive. I’m glad I purchased it.

I love this watch and step counter. I have big wrist and it still fits well.

Really love to find out at the end of the day How I spent my energy. I love this product! One thing… when the package arrived, I am sure they meant to send a complete extra arm band But only half of it was enclosed!? It was the half with the holes

This watch is okay. Sometimes it’s hard to tap, the sensitivity on the screen isn’t super accurate. I got it for sleep score, cuz I’m trying to improve my sleep and most nights it doesn’t even work. I’ve tried everything to get it to give me a sleep score every night. It’s out of my hands, it’ll randomly do sleep scores and it’s annoying. I like that I get to see my heart rate, and some of the other features, but it doesn’t make up for the instability of sleep score.

I was perfect for what I needed. For 13 days. The screen started blinking and blacking out. I looked up the date that I needed to return it, and it was the day before. So I called fitbit and went through the whole troubleshooting thing. It started blinking again the next day. I called them back and they agreed to send another, since it was too late (by one day!) to return. Ironically, although the screen is completely black, it is still synced to my phone, so I am receiving some data. It's just not helpful that the screen doesn't work at all. Waiting for my replacement.

I like the slimness of the band but it's very sensitive to your steps. It adds steps while i'm sleeping so I will wake up to steps already taken. I guess in the end it all equals out.

I liked the size and fit but the watch system itself needs work. It needed to be restarted daily to update sleep or heart rate info in the app and to send notifications for email, etc.

I love Fitbit. However, I really did struggle with the last one purchased. After ordering 3 (2 from Best Buy ) I am finally back to my addiction of counting my steps/distance. The total teck was extremely helpful. The first 2 were defective.

My wife just used it a few times. She can even wear eat while sleeping and doesnt bother her unlike the apple watch. But the material easily got scratched she got hers less than a week and already got scratched and looks so used already.

I was really worried about getting this for my wife. She is so picky when it comes to bracelets and watches. I watched a few online videos about real-world situations, and it received positive feedback for how it fits. My wife now sleeps with it, its very comfortable for her. It did have a battery issue (it kept dying every 2 days) but after installing the firmware update, it's back at 5 days before needing a charge. Overall, its a well built and comfortable device.
