Bought this for my daughter. She loves everything about it

Bought this item for my wife. She loves it, easy to read, and not to bulky.

Watch is pretty user friendly. The only problem I have been having is that on occasion it shuts off during the charge & it took a long time to figure out how to get it to turn back on.

This was a replacement for my Fitbit Inspire HR, which had cracked recently. I've had the Fibit Luxe about week now and so far it's met my expectations. I don't need all the bells and whistles that other Fitbit models have (GPS, ECG, etc.). Besides, the others are too bulky looking for my small and slim wrist. The Fitbit Luxe is the perfect size and very stylish. Love the Orchid color wrist band. My only gripe is the battery doesn't last as long as my Fitbit Inspire HR did, but it was expected.

Style and performance is at the top. This fitbit should be a great seller.

A good Fitbit product, I thought the battery would last a little longer and I don't like that it doesn't have the button the side sometimes the double tap to turn the screen on doesn't work well for me.

Upgraded from the HR Inspire and love the extra features.

I've had several Fitbits over the years and had vowed to never buy another due to the poor design quality. I switched to a different brand and didn't think it was giving accurate heart rate info, so I started looking for a replacement. The reviews for the Luxe were good, so I decided to give Fitbit one more try. I'm very pleased with the Luxe. I have very small wrists and it's the perfect size. Not bulky at all. It's made it through several firmware updates without glitching out as my previous ones had. My previous Fitbits all needed to have bands replaced not too long after purchasing, but this one is still in good shape. I wish the battery life would be better, but it's not a

I wanted something small, that still tracked my steps & heart rate. This did the job. I changed out the strap to something more my liking [wanted a silver face but not a pink band].

Easy to use and setup. Very user friendly and comfortable.

Was disappointed that it was delayed so long and that you were not able to order other bands for the unit..... when I found out it was coming i got on the web site (best buy) and all the bands were sold out. really?????? ended up buying from a 3rd party. would have loved to get it from best buy. Glad it made it, and i am using it daily. tracks good info!!

The Fitbit Luxe is a great tracker at a great price. I especially like the battery life. It only needs to be charged about once a week. I like that it is slim, and has a color display.

It took several tries and a call to support to get the watch set up connected to my account. I had planned to continue using my old inspire as well, but had to replace the old one with the Luxe! Also, the old inspire let me see the number of steps I had done in the current hour, and the number of hours that I had reached 250 steps in the day, by just tapping on the data displayed. The Luxe shows whichever number it is showing at the time and nothing I do will change that until it decides to change. The Luxe is supposed to be a higher level device than the Inspire, but it doesn’t do everything that it does?!

At first it notices me when I have calls or messages but not anymore... now I just use it as a watch and record my sleep patterns and my heart rates.
