I love my fitbit only thing I would ask is if there could be more clock face options. Other then that super slick and simple and does all things!

We got this for my wife, it probably had more functions than she needed. She tried it for a couple months then decided it was too much and stopped wearing it.

Love it! So much more comprehensive than my Alta. I didn’t want the big watch and was so happy when they came out with the Luxe. Battery lasts at least 4-5 days. Only downfall is due to the size of the screen some of the letters are small. If this would be a problem for you, get a watch not the tracker.

Thought Fitbit was a great product but screen popped of after just shy of 3 years. Bestbuy nor Fitbit can help unless you continue to pay for warranty every 2 years which for me the math means i bought it all over again. Fitbit only offers 35% discount which they can keep. I don't advise to buy Fitbit products as my Luxe broke over my Versa which is older. Newer products not of quality so they get money off warranty purchases.

Many more features than my Fitbit Flex 2. The charge lasts an entire week and the readable notifications are nice. The band is similar to a watchband and comes with two sizes to fit all wrists.

I am a loyal Fitbit fan and was so excited for this more stylish tracker. I love the color screen, watch faces available, and notifications are super easy to use. The product was well packaged. Set up and syncing was a breeze. I'm really liking the new connection for charging. My reasons for giving 4 stars are minimal and I really love the tracker already. But here goes, the font is small and a bit limiting. I think this is only an issue if you have sight limitations. I can mange and it wouldn't stop me from purchasing. My other con is the battery life is a wee bit shorter than my charge 3. Overall I really like this product and will definitely recommend.

So i bought this fitbit to of course keep up with my daily routine. It was awesome at first but than after 2 month it started to show signs of failure. Like it wouldnt turn on. It was flashing alot and than these lines throughout the watch would appear like glitches. I wish i could get my money back but i waited to long. To get a refund. But do your homework on these things.

    Unresponsive screen with horizontal lines

This product has known defects. The screen developed horizontal lines after 2 months of normal usage without ever dropping it or causing any physical damage. The Fitbit customer service team has been extremely slow in resolving this issue. I’m still waiting for them to arrange for a return and replacement. Too much inconvenience. I’d not recommend buying this particular Fitbit tracker.

    Do Not Buy This

I bought it on August 20, 2022 and I’ve had a Fitbit Inspire previously so I am familiar with the device. But after only 2 weeks the screen display stopped working but still syncs with the app so it still works I just can’t see anything on the actual Fitbit. Fitbit will not replace the whole device only the electronic part. So I’m still waiting for a replacement and will have to figure out how to change the band myself. Total disappoint so do not buy this. I was told it was shipped a week ago and I still don’t have it. So I paid $125 for a device that hasn’t worked for almost a month. Thumbs down Fitbit.

Love the small, compact size & color display. The band only comes in a few colors, but the Luxe has a long battery life. It’s easy to sync on the app, but if you can’t access your phone there is no option to sync on the laptop. You can only program up to 6 activities at a time. If you want to log an activity that is not available in the preset choices, you can change the name from the directory (such as "workout" to “Zumba”) but it lacks the ability to let you type in a specific activity that is not on the list (a feature that the Garmin Vivomart 4 has). If the Luxe fails to log a short walk, you can log the activity manually. I find the Luxe to be nearly accurate at tracking sleep. It breaks down the stages of sleep and shows you how much time you were in deep sleep vs light sleep, etc. The watch lets you get email/text/phone notifications in a feed on the display. This can either be helpful or annoying but this feature can be turned off. Of course, the Luxe also tracks calories & heart rate and you can log your food & water intake, as well as your weight. Fitbit recently teamed up with Google, which might be a plus. Overall, the Luxe is a good, reliable tracker.
