    Had Trojan horse attachment. Fixmestick removed the Trojan that was not detected by my virus protection program.

    This device is not even detected on machines running windows 8 or better, and misdiiagnosed problems on my windows 7. Support is a farce! The only concern is to sell you the product; No money back!

    THEY WERE IN A RUSH TO ACTIVATE THEIR PRODUCT AND NEVER TOOK TIME LISTEN TO MY CONCERN, WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. THERE IS A NO RETURN POLICY "FIX ME STICK" DID NOT SOLVE MY PROMBLEM DUE LARGELY IN THEM TALKING TO ME RATHER THAN LISTENING. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR A SENIOR CITIZEN.

    I have a Dell Ultrabook. Used USB port but the Fix Me Stick would not work. Called customer service and after 2 hours of trying with customer service, they just abruptly said "well it is not compatible with your computer". Only bright spot was that Best Buy took it back without hesitation. Would have given product no stars if i couold have!
