I was having startup problems with my computer. This product worked as expected scanning for viruses before startup. It didn't find any but it gave me comfort that my problem wasn't a virus.

It removed all of my viruses in 14 Hours. Lol. Takes a little too long, but it gets the job done. Removes the viruses norton couldn't do any thing about.

I needed some fast protection for my new PC. This was so easy to operate. Just plug it in and let it work.

this was worth it. much easier than the normal virus software. make more sense. it actually catches stuff your regular virus protection misses. at least that is my experience

My computer would go off into whatever direction when I was surfing the web. I ran the fixmestick and it fixed the problem. Now the computer goes to the websites I want and stays there.

It cleaned up and cleared out some stuff my other security missed but was it that much of a help,no I still had one virus that I cannot get rid of but not with just the stick but any virus cleaner I tryed

I saw the FIXME STICK advertised on TV then checked it out on your website. Then I put the order in and picked it up at store. Looked like something I needed.

It provides effective fix to infected lap. The cost is reasonable. Nice to have one to catch that Norton missed.

Bought this product because my computer had gone blue screen, thought I would have to take it to a computer store to get it going again. Came across Fix Me Stick while doing a Google search. Within about 5 hours of running the stick, my computer was running again. Easy to use and they send you reminders to run the stick.

Best device of them are used I would recommend this to all my friends and family

haven't taken the time to use it to it's max. output so I can't review it fairly but it seems good so far

After running the fix-me stick I still had issues. I called the toll free number and they cleared all the malware.

Originally purchased this thru eBay but seller flaked out and did not send it. Just as the dispute was settled with eBay i noticed Best Buy had this item for almost same price. Purchased it and later used device to clean up my windows 10 desktop. This last week the wife's laptop with windows 8 experienced a problem and we able to clean her computer also. Great tool. Saving third computer for my laptop with Windows 10. Hint for HP owners-use F9 when using this tool. Insert device and turn on computer. Press F9 rapidly until boot order comes up and select fix me stick. It will take a while but once it starts to work it take off from there.

I have used this product in the past whenever my computer slows down and it has been useful
