Took what I thought was a for sure "dead" laptop and it have it a while new life!

This did clean up some of the problems with my desk top pc but not the main one that I think is causing the trouble. It has helped my laptop. I plan to run it again to see if it will do a better job since some of the problem is gone.

When plugged in and loaded, instead of working on any issues with my pc it immediately posted a message on the screen with a phone number to call (I guess because there was an issue). That phone number when I called it was apparently outside of the Fix Me Stick area to a pay for service site, so I did not continue any further. So, It did not work for me.

This is very easy to use. Simple plug it into a USB port and it runs its own program. Possible the only down side is how long it take to do a full scan. It took about 4 hours each time. But worth the wait to fix the computer problems.

Great product if you are unsure if you have virus. I have purchased 3 different licenses for 3 different years. It's a great product and they have great support team available for online, telephone help or can even help remotely.

You're not supposed to say anything if you can't say anything nice at all. With that in mind the truth is always the best. This device failed to remove software malware like companies who say they can fix your computer and remove problems. Still there didn't get removed. Don't ever download software that claims that can fix you through the internet. Maybe it will work for you but it just didn't for me.

The FixMeStick is very simple to use, just plug into usb port and click the file execution automatic start scanning usually take about 4 hours. After completed it listed the problem, you can review files wether to save or remove them completely. Make my laptop run smoothly and able to run window upate.

Purchased by my dad who said it worked both times he had to use it. Noticed a considerable difference on the first use of the stick and the second was as good as the first. I own Mac's, not PC's....

I purchased this item to check/clean my mother's computer because she is too trusting on line. After seeing how thoroughly it cleaned her computer I used it on my laptop and found some issues that Norton missed. I have become a believer and recommend this product to everyone with a computer.

always wanted to use this product but never had the chance. after using it one time it fixed a lot of issues I had that other antivirus product didn't. computer is running faster now.

My computer was infected with a hostage virus, I tried at least 4 virus removal programs with no luck. I plugged in the fix me stick and it did all the work and removed the virus.
