    Anti virus had file quarantined bad fixmesti x found more malware, cleaned all. My computer works like new again. Did not have to wait on anyone or loose any of my personal info.

    It works just as it advertises. It takes about 4 hours so make sure you don't have to use your devise for that amount of time. It also tells you the viruses it removed.

    If you have Windows 10 you have to go into the bios to change some of the settings. You can call the Fix me Stick people and they can help you. Otherwise it is easy to use.

    ...just plug in and follow the instructions. Only downside was that the process took 5+ hrs on my computer; however I'm guessing that'll vary depending on your processor speed and memory on your PC.
