    This was a very poor attempt at providing computer virus removal. Not only that but there was no way to contact this products customer service except call and leave a message and the promise someone e would call you back.

    I really, really wanted this product to work. I have a desktop that I still use for various things, but it is so bogged down with pop-ups, it is essentially useless. I tried this, and absolutely nothing has changed. Very disappointed.

    I have two dell laptops that suddenly just went down. Figured has to be a virus. This product just kept saying no viruses very disappointing product dont waste your time or money.

    Probably just me but can't get my machine to start after a tray app virus. Monitor is black(unlit) and power button flashes on and off every 4 seconds. So, I can't start this product.

    This product did nothing to help my old computer regain the performance that it had as new, not even a slightly. This is nothing more than a virus remover.
