User friendly

Got my work computer back up & running!

Thought it would be tied up with my tech guy for a week. Asked BB salesman for suggestions on fixes, and he said could try this, no guarantees. It was this or buy another computer, needed something quick! 2 hrs. later, I was back in business! ( then fixed an older one I'd thought I would have to throw out!) 2 functional computers for less than the price of a cheap used one! Thanks!

I use to fix family and friend's computers...

I use my FixIt stick. Worth every cent. It helps me know if they have a virus that's causeing the problem. Easy to use. helps rule things out immediately TIME SAVER!

Does not work with Bitlocker
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even if you use Windows 10 Home, some manufacturers apply Bitlocker encryption at the factory which does whole drive encryption that this product does not recognize, and, as such, cannot decrypt the drive on boot-up. It ignores any Bitlocker encrypted drives, which means that it cannot work with laptops with their boot drive encrypted with Bitlocker, including when it is applied at the factory.
