Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This anime is drawn in a camera point of view. Literally. You follow journalist Saeko Shirasu veiwing the world through her camera lens. She takes a famous photograph of a "flag" of peace which sparks hope of ceasefire, but certian factions wish otherwise. A special unit created by the U.N. is developed in the hopes of retreving this "flag" using a transforming bipedal exoskeleton known as HAVWC. This is a moving and well drawn anime with excellent action scenes.
