I like my new Food Saver. I had my last one for 'only' 20+ years. Happily, I find the new one to be improved. It is a lot quieter. And vacuums and seals well. Great for boaters or anyone that wants to more efficiently organize their freezer.

I bought this to help with my sous vide cooking device. It really seals food well. Sometimes I do have to play with it to get it to work properly but I can't complain for the price.

Friends have been telling me how much they love theirs so I finally decided to buy one ... glad I did! Works lile a champ! Easy to use .. takes a coule tries to master it. But very easy.

It took some getting use to ... but DO NOT regret getting it. Read directions WELL it makes all the difference. If you read the directions you’ll understand why it matters.

This unit works as advertised. It seals the beginning edge using less material than the older model it replaced. The operating handle works much better than having to hold the corners down.

You get what you pay for is the cliche saying . Well a Ferrari for a Cadillac price is how this product fairs . Very happy with continuous dependability.

Foodsaver works great. It comes with a few different sizes of bags. The vacuum works great and the sealer is pretty fast. Got on deal of the day for good price. Well worth it.

My wife loves this machine. She is constantly using it. We also have used up the starter bags and roll. It still works with generic Walmart rolls.

This basic unit from food saver is great. However the bags that come with it isnt that great. After buying third party bags this unit works much better when vacuuming out the air

I have been a believer in food saver brand meal sealers and changed brands last time and was very sorry I did. Back to the trusted brand and loving it!

Seals packages great..but sometimes does not pull all the air out properly and I have to reseal it again...but for the price it functions ok.

This product has worked great for us. The only issue is it doesn't pull out as much air as we think it should when packaging food.

So far I'm loving my Food Saver! I got such a great Deal of the Day. Can't believe I am able to use this product at the price I paid.

Is good quality and sturdy. Haven't had any problems and is quieter than some of the older models.

Used it probably once a week on meal prep days. It was working fine until about 4 days ago when the rubber seal came off. The heat sealer still works but can’t vacuum anything. It’s been 15 months and now I have to replace it. When it worked it was great... but not sure if I’d buy the same one with a 15 month life span.

Goes a long way in savings. Am able to buy bulk and individually seal items. Only use what I need and the rest stays frozen.

Our old Food Saver was not working correctly so I found this one at BB. It has more features and works great!!

this is such a great product and a money saver for food, I got this one for my sister for christams

The bags that come with this model loses seal after some time in the freezer even on smooth items. Perhaps a different bag type would be better. If you're sealing dry dog food, a trick is to vacuum seal then put it into a second bag and seal that too. Dog food sometimes punctures the bag, so double bagging helps.

Works well most times. I have had trouble smoothing the bag out on larger things.
