What a great movie, not just a "car-guy movie ! Mat Damon was a gritty Carroll Shelby king of motor heads and car designs . Speaking of supporting acting ( Christian Bale ) a true and fear-less car racer who showed his guts to glory was all in it ! Ford v Ferrari has great racing film scenes that reflected this true to life story !

The movie is well acted and engaging. Even if you’re not a racing fan, you may enjoy it. The movie tells about an important period in American racing history. It shows rivalry, teamwork and friendship. Some have complained about historical inaccuracies but they would have bogged the story down and not kept the story streamlined.

You might think this is a racing movie - it is one of the best. Actually, it is a movie about a uncompromising perfectionist and his wife and friend that help him achieve greatness. Christian Bale really captured Ken Miles’ eccentricity. Everyone else suffers... The result is greatness and in the end Ken learns to cooperate. I won’t spoil the end.

I bought this after upgrading my system to 4k HDR10 (LG G2). Crazy good quality video and sound. The story of the Ford GT 40 and the prep for the Lemans is a perfect feel good movie. Great feel good, (and some sad stuff) movie

From the characters, to the acting, to the plot, this movie is expert fully crafted and edited and is a film that everyone will enjoy watching. With emotionally charged scenes that will definitely pull at the heart strings to tense racing scenes that will surely keep you invested, this movie is one of the best movies of 2019 and is surely a must watch!

I believe this was the best movie in 2019. I lived thru the Shelby Mustang error and really enjoyed how the movie exposed the background of the Ford / Shelby relationship. I think that it revealed that Ken Miles was the genius behind the Ford GT40. I would recommend this movie to anyone who has a interest in cars.

An entertaining movie and mostly accurate. I don't know if Leo Beebe was the villain that they made him out to be, but maybe he was. I watched this race live on tv at the time, and it was a big deal then, being one of the first live sports shows broadcast from Europe on the then new satellites. If you are a racing fan, it is worth watching.

I saw this movie at the theater and knew I would have to purchase it later so my 89-year-old dad could watch it. My brother and I have never seen him take such a fast bathroom break, so we knew he very much enjoyed it. Great movie if you love cars, if you're a racing fan, Mustang fan, fan of Matt Damon, fan of Christian Bale, or all of the above.

Ford v Ferrari is one of the best racing movies ever made. It tells the story of how Carroll Shelby led Ford to victory over Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in a way that captures the excitement of the time. The cinematography and sound bring you back to the unrestricted racing of the 1960's. This is a must watch racing movie.

I got this DVD after friends saying it's a really good movie. It is a racing movie but it is not just a racing movie. Most of the movie is a moving story about the personal life's of Selby Carroll and his friend and primary driver. Excellent even if you don't enjoy racing

I loved it. If it doesn't get your blood pumping then you're not not alive. Everything was done perfectly. Great acting and the racing and driving scenes were the best I've seen in a racing movie and I watch them all. Took the place above the movie Rush in my list of favorite racing movies and I didn't think that was possible!

This movie is so much fun. It's great insight into the history of these events and the people who shaped it. Well-acted, well-shot, thrilling and fun. It really gives you a great perspective into the special type of people behind racing and sports-car development. I saw the movie twice in theaters and couldn't wait to watch it again on DVD.

This movie since I brought it home and I have watched over five times so far! I like that it is a great visual movie for car racing but the story and emotions of the characters is Great. The story is not a perfect rendition, but most movies aren't like this type of movie. But, it really is about the individuals and that is what is excting!

Incredible transfer looks amazing on your 4K display. This will give your surroundsound a great workout .as soon as you put it on you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. I highly recommend this film not only visually but the story itself if you don’t own it I suggest you purchase this .you’re welcome

After watching the Shelby documentary on Netflix, I had to see this movie. Didn’t have much expectation on it but it was surprisingly good. It wasn’t just about Shelby, also about Ken Miles and their relationship. I will not say too much about the storyline, but if you’re a huge fan of Motorsport like I am, I highly recommend this movie

Honestly I was skeptical about Damon as Shelby. Even more so about Bale as Miles, but the duo performed a phenomenal show. One of my favorites now not just because of the cars and the history of the two companies, but because of the elements of compassion, persistence, and true grit that were continuously displayed throughout the movie.

Saw the previews of this movie playing in the Best Buy store and liked it so much I bought it. The 4K movie was on sale which made it even better. I was not disappointed as this is one of the best movies in my collection with great acting, story and action! I recommend it, especially if you like fast cars!

I am a fan of this movie, which I first watched on DVD. I loved the movie, and decided to make it a permanent part of my movie library. This movie deserved the 4K treatment. Amazon didn't even carry the movie in 4K in December, so I purchased from Best Buy at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
