I went into watching this expecting a showdown between 2 automotive giants. I ended the movie with a sense of kinship with Ken Miles. Both Ferrari and Ford were in it for bragging rights. Ken Miles was in it for the love of the car and the quest for the "perfect lap". It truly showed how much everyone involved gained and sacrificed.

christian bale and matt damon play off each other very well in this dramatic portrayal of the ford motor trying to outdo ferrari at it's supremacy at the 24 hours of le mans. exactly what it sounds like, 24 continuous hours of rotating drivers to win a race. great background story on main characters as well as supporting cast.

This movie is fantastic. I'm not even a car or Nascar fan, but the acting is superb, the story is gripping and the racing suspenseful. They do a great job of making the movie approachable for any viewer. Matt Damon and Christian Bale just do a perfect job. Don't miss this. The DVD was great quality. No complaints.

Ford V Ferrari is one of those movies that inspires! Christian Bale and Matt Damon kill it, both bringing a great deal of heart, levity, and authenticity! Great directing and stunning visuals with an amazing story about friendship coming from where you least expect it.

Stunning movie on all fronts. I'm not a "car guy," so I knew very little about the history of Ford/Ferrari coming into this movie. The acting was phenomenal, and it really felt like you were in the 1960s the entire time. The audio was spectacular in surround sound. I can't wait to watch this one again!

Great movie with amazing race sequences. It is also a great people story with likeable characters in Carroll Shelby and Ken Miles. Includes its share of heroes and villeins in some of the Ford executives. The movie moves along quickly, telling its story in a moving, compelling way.

I got this movie for my son for the holiday season. Our whole family had no real expectation about the film, but all walked away really enjoying this movie. This was a great story and really cool special effects and race scenes. Get your surround sound cranked up, this is really a thrilling movie!

This fantastic film is even more so in this gorgeous “painted” Best Buy Exclusive Steelbook. The movie’s amazing picture and sound are immortalized in 4K with obvious passion and care, and there’s no better way to own this Oscar winning movie than this Collector’s Edition. One of my favorite movie purchases of the year by far.

I had seen the movie in the theater during December. The DVD was the first 4k HD Blu-ray that I had purchased. You need to have the right audio equipment to truly appreciate the results. I had a 65" OLED with a Marantz amplifier which handles Dolby Atmos. I think the audio/sound was better in our home, than the theater.

Very good movie. Good story and great acting. Christian Bale and Matt Damon were excellent together and made this story really great. I was a young guy back then and I was always interested in fast cars and all the great things of that time. The 4K and sound effects were excellent. Buy it

The steelbook cover design is incredible, as well as the movie itself as based on true story events, the music the sound design the effects blued my mind, to top it off the cast Matt Damon and Christian Bale did a great job in this movie in the roles for this amazing story. This movie is a highly recommended to pick up.

I thought this was going to be just another car movie, but it was more than that. Matt Damon's portrayal of Shelby Caroll was so good! He made Shelby seem so cool, like a guy I would like meet and talk about cars with. And Christian Bale was amazing with his quirky performance of Ken Miles. This movie was worth watching!

This film has incredible visuals and editing, immersive sound, and a riveting true story. Don't miss it.

One of the best race car movies in the last 10 years. Damon and Bale were awesome in this movie. The great American story about the rise of the Shelby racing machine and the ups and downs that Ford experienced in it's battle with Ferrari for dominance in the car racing circuit.

I though this was a race car movie. I was wrong. It was about two guys who were fighting each other, Ford, and Ferrari. one was carol Shelby (a race car builder) and a mechanic whiz. They quarreled with each other. Plus they fought with the new president of Ford ( who didn't care for either one). The climax was Lemans.

Movie it great but I bought this for the audio track and it did not disappoint. This is one of the best sounding movies I've come across. The sound engineers deserve a bonus for the work done on this movie.

As for the Blu-Ray, its a nice quality packaging and disc and works well. Its also an added benefit to have the Digital code! As for the Movie, it was very well done! Don't think of it as a "Car" movie but think of it as an amazing true story. I am not into Cars as much as others and I still enjoyed this movie.

I'm not a racing fan but I found this movie to be extremly engaging. It's the story of how Ford motors decided it needed to get into racing and win Le Mans to sell more cars. The conflicts between the racers and Ford executives and the conflicts berween the racers themselves were mist of the story.

Prior to this film I had only heard the name Shelby in reference to the Ford and Ferrari feud. This film, however, did a great job of highlighting the unsung hero of this story, Ken Miles. I absolutely loved this film and would recommend it to anyone who likes cars, racing and the stories behind the best of both.

A must have for a true gear head who loves performance cars. this is based on real live events and the cast did a great job at recreating the actual people that where involve in this event. I love this movie cause even if you know whats gana happen, it doenst stop you from watching it.
