One of the greatest movies in a ready to go box. Great gift.

Always enjoyed Gump. So for 9.99 I couldn't pass it up

Movie quality was very, very excellent. My Order was filled promptly and thoroughly.. Delivery and drop off was executed promptly and thoroughly, also. Forrest Gump is perhaps my favorite movie of all time, at the very least in the top three movies. I am very, very happy with my purchase from Best Buy.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about this excellent movie. It's a journey well worth taking and a much deserved Oscar win for Tom Hanks. The 4K is simply stunning. I've owned this on regular bluray for years but this version is superior in every way.

Probably my Favorite Tom Hanks Movie of all time and if your like me you know he has TONS of Awesome movies. There are so many things in this movie used in daily life today, sayings that ring true all the time, it feels relevant today as it did when released. Have watched this at least 100 times and will hopefully do at least another 100 in my life time... Its that good.!

This is my favorite movie of all time. I've owned it in every format. But obviously the 4K version looks the best. I was actually surprised how good it looked, for being a movie made in the mid 90's.. Excellent 4K transfer.

Heartwarming story about a "mentally challenged' man. That cubbyhole is much too small and limiting for Forrest Gump. The movie is more of a meditation on our times, as seen through the eyes of a man who lacks cynicism and takes things for exactly what they are. Watch him carefully and you will understand why some people are criticized for being "too clever by half." Forrest is clever by just exactly enough.

The rating here is more about the excellence of the disc. I've never seen Forrest Gump look better than this 4K UHD transfer. If you love this movie, I recommend upgrading your blu ray or (gasp) DVD (if you're still holding on to that SD format).

Love the movie a story of a great man with a pure heart who moved mountains. Just wish he had found himself a nice pretty woman rather than stick with Jenny or whatever her name is. She should have appreciated him she didn't deserve devotion.

I don't really need to review this movie here, as most everyone has seen it, and almost everyone likes it. But it's great to be able to own great older films that have been remastered for great picture and sound! You feel like you're in the action in Vietnam for instance. Movie was great, even on my 120" screen!

My 15-year old daughter started watching this in my boss' office and liked what she saw so much that she wanted me to buy the blu-ray. Anytime you can bond over a movie with your daughter is a good thing. Funny, poignant, sad (and yes, a bit maudlin at times), "Forrest Gump" is one of those movies that's a must-have for your movie collection.

This is a story of a simpleton, told right. Tom Hanks in a multi-award winning role wins your heart. Narrating his life in a series of conversations with strangers, the movie flows like a meandering river, never losing track of the destination, though. Stitched seamlessly with the backdrop of real events, with really good CGI, there's something very heart-warming about this one.

Great packaging, great special features, great audio/visual quality, great movie. This is by far one of my favorite films of the past three decades and was very happy to get it. Funny story, I was able to buy it the weekend before it was scheduled to even be released by Best Buy. Not sure if I read things incorrectly on the website or it was a mix up. Either way, loved it.

I love this film but the 4k quality was not that great. I was disappointed with the quality but the sound quality was good. I would just stick with the blu ray version.

I have been wanting this movie for a long time and best buy had a great deal during the holidays. Best buy also did great with fast shipping and item arrived without damage! I would purchase with best buy again next time Im looking for movies or games.

This is a great movie it touches base on many major events in modern history like Vietnam and Civil rights. It is a warm movie from the vision of a simple person. It show life lessons and how important friends and family are. I don't know why more movies aren't like this. We should embrace Forrest Gump and try to live simple and caring. Enjoy this movie its the best.

All these years later, still an amazing movie. While the 4k disc is great, the visuals didn’t wow me in a way where I felt I was watching the film for a first time. Regardless, very solid purchase, still gets 5 stars
