Forrest Gump is one of the great movies of all time in my opinion. So it was only natural to add the 4k version to my library after my recent 4k tv purchase. Great translation to 4k...You just have to see it to believe it. I would highly recommend this of it's one of your favorites as well.

There are so many cameos of famous historical people and ties in to Forest, lots of humor, love and love lost, courage, heart, blind determination, and proof you don’t need a high IQ to reach much more than your proscribed potential...in a land of freedom!

Great movie! Looks fabulous in 4K but it is a 25 year old movie. Bought this to replace a VHS version. Lots of historical references which they do a great job inserting Forest into.

I am very satisfied with this DVD. You can watch it digitally without having to buy a DVD player. Just need to register an account on a video website, there is a code in the package of the DVD.

WOW a great movie and a amazing Actor ... Tom Hanks is truly one of the great actors of our era. Tom Hanks winning Back to Back Best Actor in the Philadelphia & Forrest Gump is a major accomplishment since it was first done by Tracy Spencer in Captains Courageous (1937) & Boys Town (1938)!

I really dont know to say about this 4k release of Forrest Gump. I mean this is a classic film..And one of Tom Hanks greatest roles The HDR really pops out the color..the contrast makes everything more detail..A really good addition to your collection

Great movie. Loved how the filmmakers used events from the 60s, 70s & 80s. I enjoyed how Tom Hank’s character was able to overcome all the challenges he faced and recalled stories for his audience from his special point of view.

One of the things I love about this movie is it shows that a person with a lower IQ can have a very extraordinary life. Forest went through his life being very honest about how his life was as he retold it to strangers while waiting for a bus. There was one woman for him, he loved her his whole life and finally got her in the end.

Classic and one of my favorites. This is my first disc copy version of this movie so I can't compare the quality of different formats but it does sound and look very good in 4K format in my view.

Such a wonderful story, such incredible acting. By now, probably everyone has seen this classic in one form or another. The Blu Ray presentation only adds to the greatness of this film, so YES, Run with Forrest to Best Buy and pick-up this most enjoyable and heartfelt film!

My favorite Tom Hanks movie I have this on dvd, Blu Ray and now 4K Ultra Blu Ray disc. The 25th anniversary edition of Forrest Gump is awesome. If you love this movie definitely buy it on 4K ultra blu ray.

Tom Hanks is magnificent as Forest Gump. Truly a classic. The man has mastered is craft. Every character he portrays comes to life with breath taking precision that only Mr. Hanks can bring.

I love this movie! Every time it’s on TV It’s a classic and has great music soundtrack Peas and carrots that’s me and my old man! lol I wish I got the better Blu ray version I didn’t realize I ordered the regular DVD

Probably the best the film has looked and sounded since it's theatrical run. Many of the visuals hold up well, and the story is an essential look at the more recent history of America.

This is one of my all time favorites! I remember when this came out I thought it was going to be corny. I was mistaken lol because life is like a box of chocolates and you never know what'cha gonna get. And that's the truth ruth!

Not much to say as most people who are likely to buy this disk have already seen Forrest Gump. Tom hanks at his finest I purchased this to get the best possible picture on my 4K TV.

Even though Forrest Gump is rated PG-13 and is mostly a funny movie, there are some sketchy topics (incest/child abuse, prostitution, drug abuse, thoughts of suicide) that make this movie, in my opinion, inappropriate for most 13-year-olds. However, I would definitely recommend this movie for anyone over the age of 18.

Forrest Gump (25 Anniversary) is a must for all movie goer's. Tom Hanks is excellent in this movie an all time classics. Every movie lover should have this movie in their collection.

I remember seeing this movie twice in theaters and I always got choked up in a few places. Now everybody seems to find reasons to criticize it and over-familiarity and the passage of Time has weakened it's appeal. Still, it's a well-made film and this disc, -while not the best in this format, -shows "Gump" to its best advantage.

I have always remembered this to be a fun movie and my last visit with Bubba Gump restaurant clearly showed my Forrest Gump trivia to be in need of help. Saw this in the $5 bin at Best Buy and purchased as an impulse buy. The entire family will be ready next time we dine at Bubba Gumps.
