I know these are meant to replace vbucks cards but at least i could apply them to my nintendo switch when they were more available.

If purchasing for V bucks please keep in mind that V bucks start at $8.99 and tier up to $22.99 after that. A $15.00 card will only allow a 1000 v buck purchase. On a positive note every dollar spent on the epic games store earns rewards towards future purchases.
