So this seemed like a super straightforward process of buying a digital card and getting emailed the pin code to use it. My pin code didn't work and after contacting both BestBuys support (chat said they couldnt do anything and gave me a phone number to call). After waiting on hold for awhile, the call agent gave me basic troubleshooting to try and then said that if the code doesnt work theirs nothing they can do about nor is it refundable. So i reccommed purchasing at your own risk.

Just buy a gift card for your console (Xbox, PS, Nitendo, PC) because with this card you have to sign into your Epic Games account to copy the code, THEN they send you a code for a gift card to then copy to your consoles account for the VBucks. Take out the extra steps and hassle and just buy gift cards for your system. PERIOD.

They are pricey. Epic needs to figure something out.

Ordered almost 24 hours ago and still no code. I used to order these all the time and had no issue but now all of a sudden, no code and I’ve been checking my email all day!!

Digital codés take the whole day and you get charged right away making the money inaccessible

Good but code needs to be sent faster and i don't know how my order was canceled.

This digital card can NOT be used! It has a 16 pin number and playstation only uses 12! I contacted support and they did NOTHING for me! $96 down the drain

Do not buy!!! Pain to try to redeem. Still have not been able to use since you have to jump through hoops to redeem. Waste of money. My done bought with his own money and can’t redeem

bought multiple sometime they take a while but also sometimes they come instantly .

Do not purchase. The first time I bought it the email came through within minutes. The second time I purchased a card I did not receive the gift card at all and I got charged for it.

JUST BUY IT THROUGH THE CONSOLE You can only redeem v bucks through an epic game account. No refunds, no other support. Just struggle opening an account and fail or give it away. Trash support epic games

what takes so long to deliver a digital code? ordered 3 cards got charged for them all and over 2 hours later still no code

Would love to have actually received this. Ordered it, waited for processing, then they say they have to cancel and to wait a week for my refund. Yikes. So much for convenience.

Don’t buy this it’s a scam they literally take a long time to give it to you and also their customer service is bad
