It took a little while to get the code, but it worled when i got it.

I tried to purchase the $22.99 vbucks card with a $25 dollar Best Buy gift card. I got the email confirmation then shortly after another email saying "Unfortunately, we encountered an issue while processing your order so we had to cancel it." It said the amount was refunded back onto the gift card, so I said why not try again. I tried again and the exact same thing happened I got an email confirmation then 10 minutes later saying the order is cancelled and the funds are placed back onto the card. Jeez what an annoying process, I'll unfortunately have to take the gift card into a nearby store. Not happy about this.

I bought this yesterday at 6:33 AM and it arrived at 6:26 PM thats almost a whole 12 hours until I got my code you guys need to step up your game.

I bought this on December 7, and i waited a few hours for it. I had thought this would be a good opt from going to a store and actually buying it, but no. Customer service and agents didn't help AT ALL. Even after 10+ attempts at getting my order. I would recommend getting it from an actual store because this stupid app sucks at digital purchases. I will change my review if i ACTUALLY get my code for my vbucks, if not, then this review is staying because this is bull crap.

Horrible! Will never buy a digital vbucks card through best buy again. After waiting 2 days for the digital code to be sent to my email so i could enter and redeem it in my epic account i just cancelled the purchase because i ended up having to purchase more vbucks through a different source during that 2 days of waiting. Now, hoping that the refund wont take forever to get processed and credit my account back. But with my luck......

I definitely don’t recommend buying. I bought a 1,000 Vbuck Fortnite Digital Card and it said that it would take up to an hour to receive my email with the details. I never got the email so I connected with an Agent. The Agent said that they don’t see my order on their end but I was still charged. Waste of time and money.

DONT BUY FROM HERE... GO TO AMAZON THEY ACTUALLY EMAIL YOU WITHIN THE SAME DAY OF ORDERING. I made the mistake of not reading reviews before. I still havent goten the email yet. I have already reached out to customer support (that didnt help at all). Now i have to reach out to them again I would rate 0 if i could.

For a digital product, I expected to receive the item quickly. My payment method was quickly charged but when I contacted customer support, I was told it could take up to 48 hours! For all that I could have just gone to the store and gotten a physical gift card. I’ll never order this from Best Buy again.

DONT let the good reviews fool you. If you buy a digital code you will NEVER get it. I bought a digital code and after over 5 days, I never recived a code. Talked to support and it took 3+ hours but I was able to revive a refund. Unless you have that time, dont buy it.

This is good product in theory. That is before you actually try to buy it. "Sorry, but your order has been canceled." I think this is actually my all-time worst experience with a product. Best Buy cancelled my order 3 times. I do not recommend.

I ordered this e-card online 4 hours ago and it has yet to be delievered!!! Thanks Best buy for being the worst ordering experience ever! Don’t order this card online always go in person so this doesn’t happen to you.
