I never used it but I just found out I’ve been paying for it all this time??? Not happy but it was my fault for not checking on my rate changes. It may be a great thing to have for a person who has a jam packed life but as you age the less you have the better.

As an owner of multiple Apple products, I was already using iCloud when I bought an iPhone XR, which came with this offer. I suspect many other purchasers are in the same position. Some different kind of bonus/incentive for this category of customers ought to be offered.

The fine print notes that this perk is for new subscribers only, so it’s essentially useless if you already subscribe to Apple Music. It’d be nice if Apple offered a way to take advantage of a free month if you’re already a loyal subscriber.

The range of memory is highway robbery, Apple should be ashamed of charging so much without the option of selling a memory card. This is an unfortunate trap the company likes to prey upon its followers.

I didn't take advantage of this offer because I didn't want to have the additional iCloud storage stripped from me after a month forcing me to purchase additional storage for my account. Not interested.

Not much of a reward - - giving away a free month of iCloud storage but not to people who already use iCloud. By this time, many of your customers already use iCloud so by not including us you make this reward worthless.

I already have the iCloud, and I still think it’s a rip off that I can’t just do a yearly subscription..it only allows for month to month, which in the end is more money for apple. Like they neeed more money!

wow 1 month free thank you Apple. Making customers pay for additional storage instead of making expandable memory possible with a sd card. Thanks Apple customer come first.

I bought an Ipad as a gift, however I am advised, it is difficult to navigate and does not do what the Samsung tablet does. So overall very pleased with the sales person but disappointed with the priduct.

The free trial takes more time to set up than your actual use, considering most Apple products come with > 50 GB. I'd like to see the offer being 3 or 6 months to see if it's worth my time and money.

I only gave one star because I have never activated this storage space. I refused to pay for I cloud space...my Xbox 1x has plenty of space. So just no need to purchase.

I can’t really relate to people on using cloud storage for personal files, pics, and videos, but I guess it’s nice for them to get free storage if they like it.

I was first excited and then disappointed...excited to have a month of free storage and then disappointed because it was only for new subscribers. Why not reward loyalty?

Just no, the fact you have to pay for cloud storage where as Samsung/Google provide it for free makes apple a joke. Don't buy into the hype. Rise above it Morty.

If I am to receive for free I should not receive Email from charging me. It does not matter that it was only $.99, I was to receive 1 month free. Another reward fail.

This is not worth it. I hate limited access perks. Who wants to pay for sth because they forgot to cancel subscription
