IT STARTED OUT GREAT THEN THE MAIN INSTALLER HAD TO LEAVE IT TOOK THE NEXT GUY 1.5 HOURS TO GET HERE. THEN HE SAID HE COULDN'T HOOK UP THE T.V. I TOLD HIM THAT WASN'T ACCEPTABLE! THEN THEY STAYED AND GOT THE JOB DONE! TURNED OUT GOOD! THE INTERNET IS THE SAME. SOMETHING WRONG WITH LINKSYS?? I HAVE APPOINTMENT NEXT WEEK TO SEE WHAT'S UP!

The process of choosing this monitor was made easier because of the great help received from my salesperson. I showed him 4 monitors I was considering, along with a price range, and he compared each one for me with regard to my specific needs. The monitor arrived right on schedule and will make a great gift for my grandson at Christmas.

Picture quality is good, Very Easy to start up and operate. Sound quality is like any other lower priced TV, it is adequate and works well for the spare bedroom, but if this were out in a family or living room would you definitely need an additional sound bar just for the volume. Our tv went out right before Christmas. With a PlayStation 4 wrapped under the Christmas tree, we knew we needed to replace the tv as soon as we could. We found this 55" TCL smart tv at Best Buy. We don't have cable tv; just watch what is available on broadcast tv. The picture is really great and is perfect for use on the Playstation.

The picture is beautiful and clear. I always wanted a curve tv however the overall experience purchasing it was awful! They really need to train their associate on customer service! Actually made me a little insecure about my purchase because it’s the “old model” as the the associate stated! Anyway,overall I’m happy with my purchase!

I received this service for a complimentary 30 day period along with my purchase of an LG smart 4K TV. I was able to stream SNL and the Cavaliers - Celtics game from my phone as I was travelling. I am extremely satisfied by the video quality. I have not had any latency issues over LTE or wifi (25 mbps). I would highly recommend the 30 day trial.

So far so good. The picture is great. Mostly a very easy set-up. Glad to have all of the Roku apps internal instead of on the Roku stick. Only negative so far is having a challenge getting sound bar functioning with the TV. Hoping we're just missing something & it isn't that the TV is incompatible with a 2 year old Vizio sound bar.

I was really excited and happy with Sling at first. The more I use it the more it seems little problems have came up. At times it is slow, load times are slow, and programs are occasionally broken up by a black screen for 5 seconds. I'm hoping these are just growing pains, maybe faster growth than they can handle. Still beats the price of cable.

Received a free 30 day trial of sling tv with the purchase of a new television from Best Buy. The service seems like a great alternative to traditional tv providers. You have access to most popular channels at a much lower price than cable or satellite. One negative I would like to see improved is an increase in DVR storage space.

I'm a little surprised at how ordinary the picture is for an 4K TV compared to an 8 year old LCD Samsung but it's basically nice. I'm not an engineer but whichever engineer at TCL designed that ridiculous remote with the volume controls on the side should be fired. Every adjustment causes a mute to occur unless you are very careful.

Actually purchased 2 Samsung TV's- one 49" for our living room one 32" for our bedroom. Picture quality, color and sound are all terrific they have the QLED on them. We upgraded from the very old style CRT type TV and compared to those this is like sitting in a movie theater! Still learning the remotes but feel very confident that we made the right choice when purchasing this product. Even though we are older and did not grow up with this newer technology and have only had the TV's for a couple days we are enjoying them immensely and recommend this product to anyone. Thanks Samsung and Best Buy for a "Great Product".

very nice TV, sharp LED picture excellent contrast, easy to setup. DO NOT LIKE the remote, by now I would think everyone would have a mouse like feature on the remote. Wish they explained how to use an attachable keyboard for YouTube searches. QLED or OLED might be better in the store but not sure its worth another $1000-2000.

The various options are good in value (two options at 20 or a bundle at 40). The options to add what you want is welcome, thought you can't pick a bundle and then select channels form the other. Only way to get some channels is via the special combine bundle. Quality is good and speedy, being able to watch live TV is really good.

So I took bought this Samsung Smart UDH TV because I had recently purchased a TCL Tv and I was unhappy with it because the picture was not as good as i thought it would be for being a 4k TV. So I received my Samsung Tv about a week ago the shipping was very fast i ordered it and 2 days later it was at my door. I hooked this tv up and right away noticed the difference in the quality of the picture. Its amazing how bright the colors are and when gaming the picture is even better . I recommend this tv to anyone whos on a budget the tv only cost $299 plus tax of $8 not bad for a brand new Samsung Smart 4k TV.

I got a free trial with my tv purchase and while I didn’t end up trialing it myself I spoke with my cousin about his experience as well as other friends and they all had very positive feedback on the service especially around it’s DVR capabilities and flexibility in access through multiple devices even while outside the home.

Purchase & setup easy(Geek Squad) & picture great. Instore advisor took his time with me giving me pertinent info for me to make an informed decision on what TV to purchase as well as adjunct necessities. Installer was friendly and took care in installing the mount for TV. He also gave great tips on how to use and moved my little TV to bedroom taking time to set up it to function using antenna. Also gave me facts on what to ask DirecTV for an upgrade to my 3 1/2 year old box. Overall a very satisfactory buying trip and subsequent installation for someone who is not technically savvy. Just bought two new tv’s for the house. I got one LED and one OLED. I love the pictures on both and time will tell on which one I would recommend more. Installation was done by geek squad and my tech Jeremy walked me through everything I needed to know about both and with the new remote! Been awhile since I purchased new tv’s for the bedrooms but so far I have not been disappointed! The OLED one with the vibrations on the sound has been a huge benefit since it’s all by itself with no other audio equipment in the room. Remarkable quality there. It’s like watching tv with a home theatre system in the room!

we are looking to cut the cord on cable and transition into a smart tv. this one is a great choice, with its simple interface and sleek remote control. we also took advantage of the free month of sling tv included w the purchase. i have been teaching my 75 yr old FIL to use it and he is getting the hang of it pretty easily. i figured if he wants to watch the football game bad enough he will figure out how to turn it on...and he has! feel confident in this tv to be a great gift for anyone of any age, even the least tech-savvy person will be able to understand the home menus as well as the apps and remote.

Must admit I was skeptical about 4K,but Best Buy had a great deal on this 50" and I took the bait.You'll need decent internet speed, some good 4K HDMI cables and patience.There are so many settings and apps,it's a work in progress. However, when I did get all the A/V options set to my own preference,I really enjoy it !!!
