I already had SLING when I bought the TV. I cut the cord a few months ago; it took far less time than I thought. I like it. I especially like that I can add/delete packages (e.g, HBO) at any time. The reason for 4 stars is that I believe they should be asking me for feedback. They don't and I have ideas to make it better :)

I switched to Sling when I cut the cord on cable a while ago. Sling was still pretty new and I gave them a try. Its nice to be able to add certain channels and cancel them as needed. I stream through my Xbox app and that seems to be where Sling really struggles. I have tried it through a computer, ROKU and a cell phone and the streaming seems to be really good, but if you plan on streaming through your Xbox, be warned. Many of the popular channels will have issues with buffering or whatever causes Sling to skip, lose sync between picture and video, app crashes and just getting hung while watching a show. I have been in contact with support constantly since I started using it. That being said, if you can deal with the headaches with streaming through the Xbox, or if you use a ROKU or Fire Stick or something like that, I highly recommend SlingTv.

For cable cutters, this is a great option. The only problem I have is that if you shop around you can find better deals. The UI is excellent. The Service is stable. My complaint is the price. Its a good offering don't get me wrong but shopping around may find you a better option with your internet provider

The picture is great. The sound is acceptable. A sound bar would probably be appropriate for a more immersive experience or gaming. The literature with the unit does not provide sufficient information to initiate and complete the full installation. A call to Samsung support or the Geek squad is necessary.

Love Sling! Great channel selection, awesome price, and dependable service. The only thing that is missing are the local channel with the ESPN package, if it had that, I would give sling 5 stars. Having said that, would still recommend for those looking to get the best value out of their streaming service.

I've never tries this service before. My prior service carriers were Spectrum & Direct TV, both of which are pretty pricey! Granted Spectrum & Direct TV have more channels & DVR, but I can live without those features, in light of the fact that Sling TV is, at least a third of the cost of other carriers.

I liked slingtv’s ease of use, however, the channel offerings did not meet my needs.

I needed a new TV for my vacation home. I brought this because of inexpensive and Toshiba is a good name. Once I hook the TV up I was surprised at the picture especially the color. I think this was a great Buy for the price. And I would recommend it to anybody who's looking for an inexpensive Smart TV.

Cannot complete setup tried all configurations of HDMI input to TV last step in setup programming MESSAGE check antenna plug in ; I use AT& T cable service ;( followed same config as for current TV ) NO SIGNAL did not detect any channels in AUTO or Manual modes. NO SIGNAL !!! need tech support !!

Purchased the 43" TCL for use with my PS4. Enjoying the bigger screen. This TV is specifically made for Best Buy so you do not have access to all the picture fine tuning that a regular TCL has. This is the only downside to the TV. It's a good basic budget TV with Roku. The Roku interface is very good.

I have subscribed to Sling for the past year and enjoy getting the extra programming. My wife enjoys HGTV for the home remodel/flip shows. I enjoy watching the A&E and National Geographic channel. Programs like Alone, Pawn Stars, Curse of Oak Island, American Pickers etc. I think it is a good value for the price I pay.

This TV is a bit large for our small bedroom; however, we like the picture very much and enjoy the sound, although we have a home theater sound system. The TV is easy to operate and offers voice prompts and text-to-speech management which helps me access the TV's features, as I am visually impaired.

This product is amazing! Hands down the best thing since bottled water. Though, I am having trouble finding local channels that allow me to watch nationally broadcasted games (e.g., Sunday and Monday Night Football). A walk through of how to access these channels would greatly help rectify the issue.

I love that I could pick the channels that I watch instead of paying for an expensive cable plan that has more channels I don't watch than I actually do! Great for people who like to watch only certain programs. Make sure to have a decent internet package to be able to really enjoy flawless streaming.

Picture and dynamics are nice and full. Speakers have a nice full sound..very decent t.v for being a 4k and the size..apps are a little aggravating at first to initailize them to mesh with already having a subscription..but overall a nice affordable t.v...its for my kids and fits nice in the bedroom

We're about to cut the cord. We moved recently and lost favorite channels in new cable lineup. With an antenna and Sling we're getting more of what we like and at lower cost. Sling guide seems a bit cumbersome, but we'll get used to it with experience. Will soon kiss cable goodbye. Good riddance!

total satisfaction is the words. super blacks and whites, SHARP IMPRESSIVWE 4K IMAGES. Beautiful immersive color AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF AN ALEXA SPEECH REMOTE! Whoops forgot the dolby sound-FOR CRYIN OUT LOUD-SUPER GOOD LIKE LARGE AND EXPENSIVE SPEAKERS! No need for a soundbar if you're looking for great sounds. Got the tv for a song but I would rate it in the top 10 and wanted to rate it top 3. I doubt if the top tier could beat it out for performance. Sound can be adjusted plenty loud also. forgot to mention the tv will talk when searching. A QUALITY TV!

Had to call service twice to get the TV set up properly but they were great and solved my issues with a minimum of hassle. I think including a complete set of instructions with the TV might have saved me having to call up twice. Some of us old guys prefer hard copy to looking on a computer screen

I purchased this TV for the spare room where we occasionally watch TV and use the PlayStation. Streaming Netflix and Prime video is fine. Basic audio from built in speakers is okay, I'm sure a sound bar would an improvement. It's been 2 weeks trouble free and so far a bargain at less then $500.00

Works well, user-friendly but I don't know that I'm going to switch right over to this. All these streaming services are becoming like the cable channels that they are trying to replace, just from a different way of sending you the content. Worth the free trial if you want to try it out though.
