Good but not as fun as Odyssey
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the Mario games. They're silly and a fun break from shooters. Odyssey was the best Mario Game I've ever played. The 3D world was amazing. U Deluxe is in 2D and fun but Odyssey spoiled me. Its well worth owning if you're a Mario fan but a step back from Odyssey.

Nice TV for the price.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My only negatives on the TV that I purchased is that I cannot get the correct Aspect Ratio. I called Sharp tech and they couldn't help me. I'll have to call me cable company and see what they say. Also there was no TV manual in box. You have to go online to download.

Customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The rep I had was polite, he was efficient and knew enough info to get the job done. He was able to explain the difference between models and brands of tv’s. The store itself did NOT have any great deals. Some open box items were so high priced, we were astonished.

Excellent Tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After doing exhaustive research on tvs I settled on this one. This is one of the best tvs you can buy that’s not OLED or qled, as those were out of my price range. Compared to similar models like Samsung and LG, I felt this one was far superior as it has some of the fastest refresh rates. If you’re big into gaming this is the one you want. If you buy it my tip would be to set it on vivid. It looks amazing on that setting. No regrets buying this tv and now I’m considering the 55” model for the bedroom.

Great bang for buck
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced 10+ year old 42 inch Panasonic Viero Plasma which, other than giving off heat and sucking power, has been awesome. The new TCL was originally very bright and colors vivid on startup so I followed online setup suggestions (i.e. Movie mode) and I now have an improved and larger picture resembling the Panasonic. Very happy especially for the price. Also really like the Roku part of the tv. Only problem is getting my Spectrum cable remote to sinc up. Not finding the correct setup code??

Great remote for the price.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a remote to replace the harmony 350 that I had that no longer worked. For not much more I was able to get the 665 which has more features and functionality. Was able to sync off of the settings that I already had on the harmony app so transition was super easy.

So far so good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up, was thankful the screws were included to hang up on my pervious wall mount. This TV has a deeper screw hole than my last so the fact they included the screws needed gave it 5 stars! The TV quality is great and it was an easy set up and the menu options are easy to get in and out of. I've only had for a couple weeks but my last Toshiba lasted 12 years and it's still working just moved it to a different room, so I'm hoping this one last just as long. I'll update my review either way.

Good picture and side angle viewing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Originally purchased a Vizio at Costco. Side angle viewing was bad. Talked to Best Buy and we were told that LG has best side angle viewing. So, bought the SK8000. We are happy with quality when viewing from side angle. Also, the stand is much nicer than the Vizio.

Great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Read all the reviews on mid price 4k sets. Excellent set, will add the Roku speakers soon. Everything works well, but the picture still has soap opera effect. I am following the web threads to figure out how to adjust the set so I get the perfect picture others have.

Good mid ground tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv image and processing is great, the only downside is that the tv alters brightness via the edges of the tv. I knew when purchasing, but it can take some getting use to. Also purchases a Sony XBR, and for 150 more it was well worth it, and in my opinion tops the LG

Great TV for price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome tv for all types of users! I made the mistake of watching ‘technical’ you tube reviews based on various models, comparisons and specifications etc.. but in store you can see for yourself that it has a higher quality picture than some of the other brands.

Good picture for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own two LG 4k tv's. Our other is a "Super" UHD and this one is not in the "Super" class. Can see some difference when up close on the screen but still looks great and half the price of my "Super" LG. Got this for a tv room in the basement. Perfect for our needs.

Did not download
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did not bother to download Sling TV since I already have cable tv and don’t need it. I’m sure this is great for people who want to cut their cable. It’s hard to review an item you didn’t use . A “not applicable” box would be nice. A credit card is necessary to back up the free 30 day subscription. I did not want to provide it. If you get a smart tv and you have cable and would like to try it, go ahead. Just remember to cancel your subscription by the end of the free trial if you plan to stay with cable, or your credit card will be immediately charged and you will be paying again for something you are already paying for with your cable subscription. I would recommend to people who don’t have access to cable and have WiFi.

Awesome experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very happy with my purchase. I actually went to bug an ipad but bought this awesome tv. Muhammad at the counter helped me alot. Really happy with his customer service. Hats off to him. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I never received my sling tv trial

Sling TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was free with my purchase. I would recommend buying whatever it was I did to get this, I think it was the tech support plan for a year. Cut my install prices significantly. Doubt I'll renew it though since calling 1-800-BEST-BUY for assistance is a joke.

Good choice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After reading reviews on 55” TV’s under $500 my wife thought this TV would be a good choice. So far she was right. Picture is great, sound is good and set up was easy. Although I found putting on the feet to be a challenge, even with a magnetic screw driver. So I went against directions and let gravity assist me, laying it flat on a soft surface does not make it easy. That was the only glitch. We are cord cutters so no cable signal just antenna and hulu, amazon etc and the picture is great

Good Quality Affordable TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had this tv for a couple weeks now, we use it in our hearth room. The picture quality is very good for what you pay for it, i'm not quite used to the FIRE TV app being on when you turn the tv on but im sure i will adjust. Another good product from Toshiba

Don't see a difference in this 4k and my other tv.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not happy with the salesman. He didn't tell me with a 4k I might have to get a different cable box and after an hour of trying to get a picture and channel to work I called the geek squad. Ended up being with out the tv for a week waiting for my new cable box.

A bargain for the price but has some shortfalls
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The streaming TV competition is heating up with services like Hulu, PlayStation Vue, Direct TV and others. Sling TV is the cheapest for the money however it lacks some big channels/shows that you can obtain on the other services for a mere $5 more. Not to mention for DVR functionality it's going to cost you another $5. So if you want a stripped down tv service with a lot of decent channels coupled with the local ones you already can get then Sling TV is your streaming service. If you like sports or major cable channels with some of the highest rated shows? Go elsewhere....
