Sling has been a hit around our house this Christmas!

Although my purchase came with a free trial of Sling I don’t use the app. Not much I’m interested in on it.

Sling is cool. I’ve used directv now which in my opinion is a little better, but overall you can’t go wrong

I received the promo code for my 30 day free trial with Sling and attempted to activate the service online. Of course they want billing info for when the trial ends, and I kept receiving an error no matter which card I used (I tried both VISA and MasterCard debit/credit) and after much tribulation called in on Monday to customer service. The man I spoke to took down all my information and said my account would be active within 72hrs and that I would receive an email notifying me within that time. No email arrived and I called in again, and after being transferred five times between Reps clearly outside of this country using pseudonyms, I got a rep who read the supposed email to me: WHICH SAID I NEEDED TO ENTER BILLING INFO WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I COULDNT DO ONLINE!! The supposed next steps are screenshots of the issue and more back and forth but after hours of this nonsense it’s just not worth my time. Horrible. This is the digital age folks, you can’t make your potential customers jump through 100 hoops to use your service. I’m out.

Its great for free live television but I rarely ever watch because doesnt have any channels that interest me.

I never got the promo. I had a hard time trying to get it and I was charged for the month. I am disappointed

Sling tv is a good service if you want very very basic programming. Once you start adding sports, news, entertainment, packages, etc it could get expensive. Used for a few months but between this, Netflix, Hulu, it was same price as cable but with less programming. Sling tv app on Samsung tv is horrible, it would restart all the time, freeze, audio wouldn’t sync up, etc.

Sling TV, Bought a TV that came with a 30 days Sling TV Service, I’ve heard mixed reviews about the service.

Very nice app alternative for cable. Good pricing.

It's not bad my only complaints was that when you combined packages you get some chanells that you already have
