Open box TV (Missing Items)

When he opened it , and tried setting it up he found out the tv was missing the control and the stands for the tv. So it was embarrassing for me as i had to ask him to bring it back so that i could return it and get him one with all the stuff it’s supposed to come with. I was also disappointed because the customer service couldn’t give me a discount for all the trouble i had to go through on the new tv i bought which was a brand new one. It seemed like they didnt care that my original purchase was missing stuff. They went ahead an just charged me the difference on the new one. Ill be taking my purchase for future electronics elsewhere.

Not great!

No streaming local channels and poor interface. This was only good for a couple days while our normal service was out but actually subscribing to this service would be a waste of money.

Also, got too expensive to afford as I determined I still had to keep FIOS to make my house system work like I wanted.
