I love the idea of watching live streaming tv, but Sling TV just isn’t very good. Limited channels and very choppy streaming. It cuts out so often that you can’t watch anything consistently and enjoy it.

I found the price of cable to be worth it over this service. this service is slow and clumsy and confusing. not intuitive at all. it makes it seem like certain sporting events are live when they are reruns.

For those looking for an a la carte tv package this isn’t it. You can pick between packages but the channels are set. You cannot add or take away channels and if you want channels that are on their different packages you need to buy both packages. It’s really not a great deal. If you happen to only want the channels on one package then this works but I think for many people it won’t. If I want the channels for their two packages it is actually more expensive than cable.

Other streaming services offer more channels for better price. If your a sports fan would suggest sticking with cable box until these streaming services will allow blackout games to be able to stream.

Has a two packages to select from which is a orange or blue. Addons will drive the price up. Wish you could break down these packages and select what channels to pay for instead of a predefined set.

I tried the trial 30 day sling tv. I was not satisfied with the basic channels that were offered. My local channels were not. So I did not see the need to pay for Sling, when I could just use my internet.

Getting the 30 day free trial is a lot better than the 7 day offer from Sling direct. However the service is just all right overall and I choose to go with a combo of Plex, Philo, Amazon & Netflix.

I live to far away and in the trees in order to get my local channels. I didn't see NBC, CBS, ABC, or Fox in the available channel lineup. It doesn't do me any good. Sticking with directv for now.

It’s ok for the price I could probably find something better and cheaper there’s plenty to choose from out there just need patience. Not saying it’s not worth it to some one else just not for me.

Free version is good but I won’t pay for it. Sling strategically offers all the channels I want spread across two packages. So, you have to pay for both packages which isn’t monetarily worth it.

I was not impressed with this product. The UI interface is clunky and it lacks original content. It is also owned by Dish Network, who I personally, cut the cord to get away from to begin with.

I tried Sling on the 30 day trial. It is just OK. The channels available are pretty good but the picture quality is not the best. If you Looking for HD this is not the streaming option for you.

My TV broke 2 weeks after the purchase. There was no picture but audio. I contacted LG and they are sending a repair person. It was just after the return period for Best Buy so I am on my own.

This seems to be the only app that doesn’t stream well on all devices. And the only app I need to make adjustments for when calling tech support. I’d stay away with other options now available.

Sound bar worked about 1/2 hr. then sound started breaking up then lost all sound controls didn't work any more. Took back to store employs are very nice to me making it right. thank you.

If you want to give something free for 30 days then let it be free, No credit card info. Also I entered the 30 day code from the reciept and it kept wanting to give me the 7 day free trial.

Its ok. There are so many other choices on the market that the free trial is all I feel its worth. Wont pay for the service itself. Nothing stands out above other services I already have.

I do like Sling and will switch from regular cable. Problem was it did not take my promo code when I first entered it. I created a Sling account hoping that would work. What I learned was the code could not be used once you set up a Sling account. So, my poor rating is for the offer and NOT for the quality of Sling TV. BBY should find a way to make invoking the promo more intuitive. Sling customer service was willing to help but I just did not have the time. Took their 7 days free offer and based on that I made my decision to switch.

I don't know if I am old but the layout is kind of cheesy to be honest. It is very limited on selection and so I end up going to my Fire Tv instead. I can't cut the cable with the (blue) trial.

Was ready to claim my preliminary time but then sling tells me after a certain date my credit card will automatically be billed. I hate this type of trickery so I didn't even activate it.
