Had sling a couple of years ago and it would always freeze and stop on me. Switched to PSVue and no problems like that at all. No it wasn’t my ISP, I checked.

The TV is great but I have not figured out how to get Xfinity loaded on the TV or Nvidia Shield. The sales person was awesome. He helos me all the time.

Sling has to figure out how to provide local channels. Once they have that resolved I will cancel my DirecTV subscription. For now I’m sticking with DirecTV.

I've already returned this TV once for a discolored section of backlighting. I'm on my second one now and 2 dead pixels have appeared in the bottom corner.

It is difficult to navigate and very sensitive to network issues leading to frequent freezing and stuttering that I don’t get with other streaming services

It’s okey too many options in the main menu, no options on hiding them or moving them around it’s kinda confusing i wouldn’t recommend this to no one

Television quality looks perfect in store. But when I got it home and connected to cable it wasn’t as clear as in store. I will return it the weekend

Even with changing providers, TVs etc the service is slow and has so many issues. I recommend using another type like hulu, netflix or even PSN Vue.

I'm not at all fond of Sling, first of all, signing up for my free trial was a huge pain in the neck, second, they don't seem to have many channel or programs to choose from. I get all of these channels in my basic cable subscription, why would I want to subscribe to Sling to get the same channels that I already have? If by chance you don't have cable, many of these stations are publicly available with a good antenna. All in all I wouldn't recommend Sling.

the sling offer came with the t.v but I haven't even used it yet. they will ask for credit cards and then u will have to cancel it after the 30 days

Love my TV but sling code didn't work. I called call and try to get a new code but that seems like a hassle for something that was suppose to be free.

Had to continue logging in every single time I launch using the smart TV app. At times, channels wasn't available, and the packages are very limited

never really got my undivided attention does not seem to be able to compete with cable yet just not enough channels and variety of programing

Received my Q6 tv. At the store the colors were impressive and visuals great. At home it looks like a 10 year old tv. Don’t understand why :(

we got a free subscription with our tv for 30 days but $25 a month after it is just commercial tv even the movies have commercials. Frustrating

The Torshiba TV itself is ok. However, though the ad says that I will receive sling TV live streaming services for free for 30 days, I still can't watch anything from the sling TV app. After I entered the promotional code given to me by Best Buy to set up my account on sling TV, sling TV still asked me to pay extra (at least $25 a month) in order to watch any channels on sling TV. Therefore, this additional bonus offer is essentially useless.

the regular service is a bit too pricy for me. Plus, I've been stung by Dish Network before, so I am reluctant to do business with them again.

I've tried it twice and still don't like it. There's not enough channels or on demand stuff. There are no music channels. Cloud dvr costs extra. You can't go back and watch old episodes of walking dead. The stuff that's actually on demand is full of commercials even though your paying for it.

I didn't get much out of the free 30 days so it wasn't worth it. At least I didn't have to cancel.
