So you will get a month free only if you start an account and give them your debit or credit card. I tried using a prepaid visa and a Sling prepaid card. Nope, they want to make sure they have a way to charge you in the future. No thanks

Streaming service OK; however customer service is terrible. Determine they continued to deduct from my CC after I cancelled twice verbally and in writing. Only would refund 1 of the charges. Argued with them for weeks with escalation.

I would give sling tv zero stars if I could, I don't even want the free 30 day trial it's so bad. If it was $2 maybe it would be worth it but the channels offered for $25 a month are lame, bad quality sound and tons of commercials.

No local stations, hard to use, pay extra to record and really nothing to record. Do not like at all. Had You tube TV was much better. Would not recommend, not worth the price.

This service has way to many commercials for something you have to pay for monthly. Also not very easy to find a station you want to watch more geared toward shows or movies.

Yeah sure its free. But they want you to give them a credit card number. That way if you forget to call and cancel they can charge you a monthly fee. Just think thats wrong,

It should come with more than 30 days to use it because I didn't get a chance to use it and I should not have to use a credit card just to use it. Its just another way to get you to sign up for a service which is not fair at all.

It says you get a free, 30 day trial, which would be great so that you could order it if you liked it. In fact, a card number is required, and you literally have to cancel in order to not be charged after 30 days. Not real cool.

In my opinion something that is a free Trial Offer should not need to request Credit Card info and say that card will be charged automatically after trial period. Shouldn't be marketed as free and still require a credit card.

You still have to give credit card info for Sling which is not totally free. I was hoping we could sign up, get the month and be done but I hate that they still want your info. You can get a free trial without the tv anytime.

After i got this from bestbuy they did not give me any info on how or where to use this, so i had to search on how get this in order to use it. Free is good but cmon, it shouldn’t mean free but you gotta find out how to get it

I had previously had sling and absolutely hated it. Totally over priced with similar options offered by similar services. Don’t waste your money and go with a better product such as directTV now, PlayStation VUE or YouTube

There are many ways to stream tv sling is the worst of them all. I had it years ago when they 1st came out back in early 2017. Things have definitely changed but its still the worst of all the streaming tv apps out there.

I will update this review if the issue is fixed but I was unable to use the promo code provided by Best Buy. I went through to the billing card page but kept getting error message and was unable to complete the transaction.

I was already a member of Sling and once used a Sling trial before, so they would not allow me to use another free trial. Needless to say I am letting my paid Sling service expire. That was surprising and really a bad move.

Tried to cancel my 30 day free trial ahead of time so I wouldn't forget. Sling ended the service immediately. Their packaging sucks. For $45, there are still a lot of channels missing. I cancelled spectrum tv for a reason.

Could not use the free month of sling tv because they wanted credit card and I didn’t want to put credit card information in unless after free trial I liked it. If something is free you shouldn’t have to put card on file.

I cannot give a proper review since I did not get a code for activation at the time of purchase. On my receipt, it has a place for the Sling activation code, but the line below is blank. Hope no one else had this problem.

Rentals really and a lot of add ons for additional pricing, come on, as if times aren't hard enough as it is. Hard to understand, worried I will get charge for anything extra by pushing, accepting, something by accident.

Just outside of the city there’s no cable and our ISP choices are limited along with limited data. So no ability to stream without using all the monthly data in a snap. Would have preferred something we could have used.
