Not what is promised
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.By a Roku and get 30 days of sling free....simple right? No, you get 7 days. Not a big deal but you spend time searching your receipt and web sites to make sure you didn't miss something and waste your time. Sling loses in this case and YouTube tv wins but best buy also gets a black eye. Apparently from other reviews they're hanging this all on sling. Not so fast big buy, you sold it and benefited from the perceived value.

Terrible customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.SlingTV is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. My coupon code wouldn't work on my end and they refused to apply it. Then they charged me after 7 days.
