Not easy to use. I was able to apply to my account but Shutterfly doesn’t make it easy to apply to your order. Lots of restrictions.

It amazed me to add my god daughter name as a character in the book I order and chose the color of her skin and hair for her character. Love It!

Nice idea for extra gift with purchase. Challege may be doing an individual Shutterfly transaction where this gift option can be beneficially used.

I guess free is always good? I never used it but I would assume it would serve it's purpose.
