Complete garbage

When you go to check out you are charged the regular price of the book. If you contact Shutterfly customer service they send you a canned response and provide you with no assistance. You will receive a second or third email from Shutterfly CS telling you that you received your discount, even though the site will continually try to charge full price. After several attempts to get it resolved I finally gave up and went to Snapfish and got a greatly discounted book. Less than the so called “Free book” that I supposedly received for my thousand of dollars spent at Best Buy. I have spent a lot of money with Best Buy this year and have received at least 5 codes for a free 8x8 book. Not once have I been able to collect on any of the books. I do not blame or hold Best Buy accountable for this. Best Buy is incredible and I have never had anything but positive experiences with them. I do not recommend Shutterfly at all, I wish I could give them 0 stars, that’s what they deserve, this book is a scam to drive business to them. Instead go to Snapfish, they are awesome and stand behind their products.
