I trued to return it in two weeks but the store did not accept as it crossed return window if 14 days by 2 days.. the store manager at bestbuy store - 5299 Eldorado Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75033 was very rude.. he did not accept the return.. I was out of the town for over 2 weeks, I showed him the proof too.. I buy lot if products from bestbuy…. He did not accept the return and been very rude..
