I did not receive the iPad. I have called and chatted with customer service which did not resolve the problem. The picture below is the address it should have been sent to. I have even filed a police report to no avail, I expect more from Best Buy. At this time I am requesting an iPad be sent to me, scheduled for store pick up or a refund.

I do not see the point in this app. Just another way Apple wants to keep their hands in your wallet, while providing the bare minimum. Sigh.

I haven't played a single Apple Arcade game that makes me want to play it again. Completely bored with all things Apple.

Apple devices can handle AAA games, but instead what we get here are mobile-level arcade games and almost no AAA titles. Doesn't hold a candle to PS, Steam and Microsoft offerings

I recently tried the Apple Arcade 4-month free trial, and I was really underwhelmed. The game library is limited, and most of the games feel repetitive or too basic compared to what’s available on other gaming platforms. While the lack of ads and in-app purchases is nice, the overall quality of the games doesn’t justify the subscription cost. After trying it for a few months, I don’t feel that Apple Arcade offers anything necessary or unique, and I won’t be continuing once my trial ends.

This is a hit or miss because don’t get me wrong there are good games in Apple Arcade like dead cell, star dew valley and altos adventure but also like these are games that would be better on the computer or on a console for example I have dead cell on my phone and on my ps5 and I prefer playing dead cell on my ps5 I feel like most of the games on Apple Arcade are games you are able to get on you console or pc and they would work better the only game I do think that would work on phone is altos adventure but I feel like apples greed is getting a little annoying because on android altos adventure is free and back then alto adventure was also for free until Apple Arcade. Plus Apple already has multiple games that are for free and are good sure they might have ads but if I don’t have to pay for anything that’s ok with me. Over all it’s pretty trash 3/10

I was a huge fan of Apple products, but not anymore. I made a purchase and was sent a code, but you can't redeem it unless I get a monthly subscription. I have an Appe account for over 16 years, I have been denied access just because I chose not to have a subscription. I can only access it on my computer.

The stupidity in these products is at an all time high. It’s like whenever you buy something it’s always do you have rewards or some loyalty crap they try and sell you on top of it. It’s dumb

They die all the time due to not charging while in the charging case. Today the sound started cutting in and out on both of them. Literally hasn’t even been a year.

Free promo. Did not use. Nice that BB offers, but found this on useless to us.
