Not the worst value at $7. If subscribing to this for your kids, they may enjoy it for a month and then just get bored. Use the trial, play all the games, then just end your subscription and move on.

I hadn’t used Apple Arcade in a while so getting a few months for free gave me the chance to try a bunch of games again without paying anything. The selection is better than I remember and there are no ads or in-app purchases, which makes it feel premium compared to most mobile games. The trial activated instantly and I can cancel before it ends so I don’t get charged later. For anyone who’s new or returning, it’s an easy win.

I only redeemed this because it was free, and honestly I’m still not sure what the real benefit is. The games look fine, but I didn’t really find myself using the service. It feels more like something extra Apple throws in rather than something I actually need. Not terrible, just not very useful for me.
