    If the service can help motivate people to work out and exercise more than it is a instant win in my book. It is easier to try and later cancel than other fitness services.

    It’s great they offer a free trial. This didn’t work for my needs but it’s a great offer from best buy

    I like doung yoga with apple fittnes. Yoga is the only category i found the longest trainings(45 min) available among all options.
