Apple Fitness+ for Apple Watch

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did my first work out yesterday with Apple Fitness and at first I thought the work out wasn’t going to be intense enough for me but wow by the second round it got my heart pumping! Really enjoyed it. Another thing I liked was that when starting a video your watch initiates that type of workout you’re going to do and stops your watch when the workout ends. The video also displays the watch stats such as your heart rate. Also, for those who it’s relevant to, I’ve only done two different workouts but for both videos the instructors used sign language as they spoke.

Best Fitness App

It tracks your movements ppreciselyand even gives you more information about your workouts then you knew you needed. It helps with reaching and achieving goals, and its fun, so I allow myself mmyselfto use it.
