    Apple fitness is excellent. It offers several types of exercises and in easily manageable time lengths. You can also set up a schedule for what types of classes, lengths, and amount in a week. Apple fitness picks the classes for you. You can use your Apple Watch or iPhone to connect. Also using Apple Watch you see your biometrics on the screen.
