I play softball three times a week and work 6 days out of the week and seeing the rings close was amazing. Helps monitor my heart rate and my calories burned as well as times my workouts.

It offers several types of exercises and in easily manageable time lengths. You can also set up a schedule for what types of classes, lengths, and amount in a week. Apple fitness picks the classes for you. You can use your Apple Watch or iPhone to connect. Also using Apple Watch you see your biometrics on the screen.
