    I enjoyed apple fitness plus because it has helped me get a kick start on getting my fitness in order. I use it at home when I get home from work and meditate with it before bed. It is a very useful subscription! Especially if its free!

    Used Apple fitness for about 6 months loved it. The best exercise was the dance workouts. It has many up to date workouts and categories to choose from.
