    Hey, even if you're not a fitness buff (believe me, I'm not!) the Apple Fitness package is pretty useful. There are other options, like Yoga and walks that provide even the... uh... "least motivated" to get up and do something.

    Keeping track of your health is inportant with my apple watch and apple fitness+ i am able to track every health achievement i make from working out to notating what i eat. I love it
