    I think iPads are the best tablet on the market. Head and shoulders above the competition. I have owned two, just bought my mother her second one, my wife has one as do all of our grandkids!

    Apple fitness is the perfect app to train since it has a variety of exercises and trainers that you can choose. I do recommend getting this subscription if you want to be fit.

    i usually go to the gym to workout and throw weights, but this is honestly really handy if you have not a lot to work with or just like at home workouts and to run
