    This app has really helped me personally. It allows me to schedule workouts that will alert me every morning. It’s so easy to use. The yoga is absolutely amazing, as well as the strength. I personally love the hit workouts because I like a good challenge. I am 15 weeks in and I have seen an extremely drastic difference in the way I feel and my body. I use it everyday it has become a part of my routine I look forward to the trainers talking me up to get to my goals for summer.

    I’ve been using the AirPods Pro for a while now, and overall, I’m really happy with them. The sound quality is excellent — crisp highs, rich mids, and decent bass for earbuds this small. I especially love the Active Noise Cancellation; it really helps me focus in noisy places or just enjoy my music without distractions. They’re also super comfortable to wear for long periods, and the fit is secure thanks to the different ear tip sizes. The battery life is good enough to get me through most of my day, and the quick charging feature is a nice bonus. One thing I experienced recently was dropping one of them in water, and I was worried it might get damaged. Luckily, after drying it carefully and giving it some time, it’s working perfectly fine. This gave me more confidence in their build quality and water resistance. All in all, I’d definitely recommend the AirPods Pro to anyone looking for wireless earbuds with great sound, comfort, and useful features.

    Works incredibly with an Apple Watch. Makes following workouts super easy and there are so many videos to choose from, and a variety of lengths for the choice of a quick workout or something more intense. Even without the watch the videos are easy to follow and keep up with.
